Dianne Elsinga
Dianne Elsinga (1977) is an Intercultural Trainer with a specialty in Indian culture. She was born and educated in The Netherlands where she graduated from the University of Leiden. Dianne lived in India for a long period of time to learn the language and culture. As a Certified Trainer, she delivers training on the subject of intercultural co-operation.

Vikram Kapoor
Vikram Kapoor (1969) is the CEO of Prowareness. He spent much of his childhood in India, and then moved to The Netherlands when he was 16. Vikram completed his Masters Degree in Computer Sciences at the Technical University of Delft. He is keenly interested in the human aspect of offshoring.
