Tuition & Fees


The following tuition and fees, payable in Pakistani Rupees, will be effective for the term beginning in August 2011.

Student ID Cards: The charge for a Student ID card is Rs. 200. The charge for replacing a card is Rs. 300.

Overview of Fees
Registration Fee The registration fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge to be paid by all new students. Payment must be received within two weeks of enrollment being confirmed. Annual Charge Annual charges cover the costs associated with the use of computer and science laboratories, photocopied handouts, miscellaneous instructional material, etc. The annual charge must be paid in full prior to attendance irrespective of a pupils joining date. The annual charge does not cover books, magazines, and stationery, which are billed on actual costs. Monthly Tuition Monthly tuition is charged on a quarterly basis-the billing schedule is printed below. New students must pay the full fee for the month of entry, regardless of the day on which they begin classes. Full tuition for the May-June quarter becomes payable if a student attends any classes during May. Invoices and Fee Challans are issued by the 20th of each designated billing month and sent home through the students. The due date for payment of fees is the 5th (or next working day) of the following month and is always printed on the Fee Challan itself. All dues are paid directly to the Schools account at the designated bank. Payments made after the due date are subject to a late fee, charged automatically by the Bank at the time of submission. Late payment charges are not negotiable, nor will they be waived or reduced. Billing Schedule The billing schedule as of August 2011, for all classes except O-Level II and A-Level (AS & A2) is: August; SeptemberNovember; DecemberFebruary; March-April; May-June The current billing schedule for O-Level II and A-Level (AS & A2) is: August; SeptemberNovember; DecemberFebruary; March-April; May-June

Terms & Conditions


Damages Apart from the regular schedule of payments, parents and guardians are expected to pay for any damage to School property, as assessed by the Schools Management. Refunds The Registration Fee is not refundable under any circumstances. Students leaving in the middle of a billing quarter are not entitled to a refund for any unattended classes. A student who is expelled on disciplinary grounds is not entitled to a refund for any payments whatsoever.

Returning Students Returning students must have cleared all previous dues, including any fines, prior to the commencement of a new academic year. Failure to pay all dues in full will result in punitive action and possible revocation of enrollment. The School reserves the right to hold students progress reports, transcripts, examination registration, school leaving and other certificates until all dues have been cleared. Finance Department Parents and students are requested to raise any issues regarding admission, registration, payment of fees, etc. with the Vice Principal at their respective branches and not with the Finance Department. It is not the mandate of the Finance Department to meet with parents or directly address their queries (except via email), and they are instructed as per the Schools Admission Policy to refuse to entertain parents who wish to meet with them. Parental Declaration Parents and guardians are responsible for guaranteeing payment of School fees. Registration cannot be complete until they have read and signed the Parental Declaration, agreeing to follow all of the Schools policies. The School reserves the right to revise and make alterations to its policies at any point in time and it is the responsibility of the students, parents and guardians to remain abreast of rules that are particular to their particular Branch, as well as changes in the Schools policy at large. The School will always give appropriate advance notice of any changes.
