I. The Problem/Need A. There are no businesses offering the same services we want to offer in the place and we think we can provide the needs and wants of the target community by putting up this business, we assure the community, costumers that we can provide the needs and wants. We also assure to satisfy them with the good services we will offer. B. We decided to put up Life Salon in the community to lessen the expenses and save the time of the costumers. We think that costumers will patronize Life Salon because of the services we will offer and also because of the costumers proximity to the business location. C. The owners come up with this specialty store to satisfy the costumers with our services. Based on the survey we conducted we learned that people in our target community spend more money just to reach specialty stores like salons. II. Vision, Mission and Values A. Vision We want to see the customers happy because the salon is nearer than other salons. B. According to the survey conducted in the baranggay, our target community people need our salon services like hair and facial treatment, manicure, pedicure, spa and more.
