Upon finalizing your menu a complimentary tasting is available. Tastings must be scheduled two weeks in advance. Please contact your sales representative for details.
Miscellaneous Items:
All items for your reception may be dropped off to the sales office the week of your reception. Our Events Coordinator will set-up your items. The sales office will contact your bakery, florist, DJ, etc. prior to the reception in order to coordinate set-up times.
Guaranteed guest counts are needed four days prior to your reception. The Radisson will prepare 5% over your guaranteed count. The hotel accepts cash, credit cards or a bank check for the final payment, which is due with your guaranteed guest count. Personal checks are not allowed for the final payment.
Room Blocks:
The cut-off date for guests to make their overnight room reservations in your block is six weeks prior to your reception, which is noted in your contract. Please contact the sales office if you wish to receive a reservation list. Cards that can be sent with your wedding invitations with directions to the Radisson and your room block information may be requested through the sales office. They are free of charge. Welcome bags for overnight guests may be dropped off to the sales office. The front desk will give guests their bag upon check-in. There is no fee for this service.
Parking Charge:
