Urinary Stricture

Around 5 years back I was sitting in my clinic and one of my family friend aged 48 years who is working as Manger in an Insurance company at Manali came to my c linic just to see me. While having talking he told me that he is going to PGI, C handigarh for a small surgery. On detailed history he told me that he has been s uffering from a condition called Urinary stricture since 4 years. He was having severe pain during micturition and even very difficult in passing urine,the flow was very slow. He took many medications for this but it is recurrent. So ultima tely he consulted PGI around 3 yrs back. There they operated it .By then he had been operated for this 2 times. This time he was going PGI for 3rd time surgery. I requested him to give me a chance to treat his problem. He was ready. In Ayurv eda we call this Mutra krichha ( type of ). Actually I had planned Uttra vas ut patient was living far away so I thought for some internal medications. And t he best internal medication for this is Brihatyadi Kashyam but it was not availa ble with me. So I decided to make some alternative for this. I bought Gokshura f rom the market and collected fresh Brihathi and Punarnava moola and also stem & root of banana tree from my surrounding andfew more things. I made yavkuta choor na of this and explained to him the process of kwath making daily at his home. C hander prabha vati 1 tab bd was given along with this kwatha.The first 3 ingredi ents are part of Brihatyadi kashyam and last one is having very good property of ksharana ( ) and works wonderful in all the Mutra roga and stone also.But it is to be used with caution. I told him to consume hot water in excess. As Sushruta has t old as in all ! With my special request he cancelled his trip to PGI and went back with my medic ations with some doubt in his mind. After 15 days he called me up and told that he is almost fine. You cant imagine I was very happy cos I did this. Truly speakin g my Ayurveda did this. I repeated the same for further15 days. Now 5 years are over & he is free from all those symptoms and never had reoccurr ence. So simply with Ayurveda medicines only this condition was cured forever wi th the power of AYURVEDA.Previously I assume that it can only be cured with Utta r basti only. After that I got calls from many patients suffering from this condition. In thes e 5 years I have treated many such patients who have even taken Uttar basti cour se with no relief. I have modified this formulation very more success.
