SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
This chapter gives an overall description of the TTC for cNODE and MPT/SPT/MST transponders.
Topics TTC Unit on page 2 Acoustic Test on page 3 Configuration on page 4 Power supply on page 4

TTC Units
The TTC unit is used for on-deck acoustic testing and configuration of the cNODE and MPT/SPT/MST transponders. Two models are available: TTC 30 (medium frequency) The TTC 30 is designed to test and configure all medium frequency (MF) transponders TTC 10 (low frequency) TTC 10 is designed to test and configure all low frequency (LF) transponders The TTC units can test all KM transponder channels including the latest Cymbal acoustic protocols. It can also test telemetry transponders with internal and external sensors. The TTC unit is a touch screen/trackball operated transponder tester set in a splash-proof portable case with carrying handle and shoulder strap. It has an internal rechargeable battery.
See the outline dimensions of the TTC case in Drawing file on page 19.
