We buy all our fish fresh, daily and in a limited stock. Our fish supplier is an active promoter of a Costal Fish campaign, which aims to use a greater range of sustainable varieties of fish from UKs coastal fishing fleets.

All our pasta is made on the premises from the freshest ingredients. This means that is lower in fat and sugar and higher in fibre than dried or pre-packed fresh pasta.

We source our rare breed beef, pork and lamb directly from small producers in Kent and Essex, from stock that has been reared in a totally free range and stress free environment. These rare breeds need a longer time to mature. It is this slow growing nature that gives the meat its flavour. All our beef is hung for up to 28 days to ensure the meat will not only taste good but is tender as well.
