INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT IN PERU

The industrial revolution in Europe has many factors who collaborate to the development of it, between those stand out the built up of capital and the technology innovations. The first fruit of the agriculture, or others sources like the wealth had come from the colonies and the second due to the progress of the science. These two factors today still have been the drivers of the industrial development in the worlds countries, like the developments of the Asians powers and the Midwest. This development has been carrying out starting of some differences: the built up of capital has been influenced by the inversion of the foreign capital strangers of the country. And the technology innovation has been coming by the technology importation form the developed country. The industrial development like itself for a country in this time is constituted for: The processing of the raw material into products and the adding of value-added to these products. In Per in the last years, we have been benefit by economic development had not been seen before, due to the opening of the markets, development of beneficial policies for the foreign investors, the interrelation and agreements with consumers countries, and, the worlds events that improves the markets of the raw materials. But this economic development is not industrial development due it is based in the current situation, actually the industrial development lies in a level bottom of the necessary, this is the lack of investment in innovation and technology by the state and the lack of control over the benefices of the investors in the country. As we had seen along the history, the industrial development, more than promise must be a feeling of benefit for the country and not just a placebo to calm down people reclaims, due quickly harvesting of the raw materials and the current juncture, it is becoming in a goldmine for the invertors, the extraction of minerals and raw material from the Per. The protests about these facts will not be relevant, unless the fact that the built up of capital and the reinvestment have not been made, because these high profits are being take to different countries less the Per, this matter is not more than a common situation in the actual system available in the country, due the poor control off the investments and their investments areas. The legislation must be oriented to help the development of sustainable industry, and not only the extraction of raw material and mineral, take the current juncture for the built up of capitals and technology development, because this economic bonanza is not the result of the development of the country but rather external factors who get advantage of the moment. As final idea, always bear in mind that in the old world had been extracted mineral since long time ago, and as result the biggest reserves of minerals that left, have been stoked in countries in which had not extracted it before, and is the case of Per. So if we do not take advantage of our mineral resources for the sustainable industrial development in the country, we are going to regret.

dentro de estos destacan la acumulacin de capital y las innovaciones tecnolgicas. La primera fruto proveniente de la agricultura, o de otras fuentes como por ejemplo las riquezas provenientes de las colonias y la segunda debido a los progresos de la ciencia. Estos dos factores en la actualidad siguen siendo los impulsores del desarrollo industrial en los pases del mundo, como el desarrollo de las potencias en Asia y en medio oriente. Este desarrollo se efecta partiendo de ciertas diferencias: la acumulacin de capital se viene influenciada por la inversin de capital extranjero ajeno a los pases. Y la innovacin tecnolgica proveniente de la importacin de tecnologa de los pases desarrollados. El desarrollo industrial como tal para un pas actualmente, est constituido por: el procesamiento de la materia prima en productos y el desarrollo de valor agregado a estos productos. En el Per en los ltimos aos, nos vemos beneficiados de un desarrollo econmico no visto antes debido, a la apertura de mercados, desarrollo de polticas beneficiosas para inversionistas extranjeros, la interrelacin y tratados con pases consumidores y los sucesos mundiales que mejoran el mercado de la materia prima. Pero este desarrollo econmico no es desarrollo industrial puesto que solo se basa en la coyuntura, actualmente el desarrollo industrial se encuentra un nivel por muy debajo de lo que se necesita, esto, parte de la falta de inversin en innovacin y tecnologa por parte del estado, y la falta de control sobre los beneficios de los inversionistas en el pas. Como se vio a lo largo de la historia el desarrollo industrial, mas que una promesa debe ser un sentimiento de beneficio para el pas a futuro y no solo un placebo para calmar los reclamos de la poblacin, debido a al aprovechamiento rpido de la materia prima y la coyuntura, se esta convirtiendo en una mina de oro para los inversionistas, la extraccin de minerales y materia prima del Per. Las protestas acerca de este hecho no seran relevantes, de no ser el hecho de que la acumulacin de capital y la re inversin de la misma no se estn dando, debido que estas ganancias elevadas estn siendo llevadas a diferentes lugares menos al Per, este hecho no es mas que un hecho comn en el sistema actual desarrollado en el pas, dado al poco control de las inversiones y a los nichos de inversin de estas. Las regulaciones deben estar orientadas a favorecer el desarrollo de la industria sostenible, no solo la extraccin de la materia prima, aprovechar la coyuntura existente para la acumulacin de capital y el desarrollo tecnolgico, ya que esta bonanza econmica no es el resultado del desarrollo del pas sino de factores externos que aprovechan en momento. Como idea final siempre hay que tener presente que en el viejo mundo se vienen extrayendo minerales desde ya hace mucho tiempo, y resultado de eso, es que actualmente las grandes reservas de minerales que quedan estn concentradas en pases en los cuales no se desarrollo la actividad extractiva, como es el caso del Per. Por lo que si no aprovechamos los recursos minerales, para el desarrollo industrial sostenido de nuestro pas, nos arrepentiremos.
