Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) adopted Good Governance as its flagship thrust and priority President Macapagal Arroyo approved Executive Order No. 220 directing the adoption of the Code of Good Governance for the Professions in the Philippines Nursing leaders attended an orientation making Good Governance implemented through responsible citizenship with Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA) Board of Nursing (BON) created a core group for the implementation of Good Governance

AS AN END
Every Filipino Nurse ideally must own VMO 2030. To achieve this end, however, entails series of activities and tasks. Hence, VMO 2030 must be viewed as a process as well.

AS A PROCESS
The BON convenes Filipino nurses in education, practice and welfare to achieve the profession's objectives.
