1. Name of the Society: The name of the society shall be Respocity Collectives Fund/society 2. Registered Office: Registered office of the society shall remain in Mwanza and at present it is at the following address Dodoma 3. Aims and Objects: The aims and objects for which the society is established is as under: a) To mobilize students, workers, donors and sponsors for production, business, education, stability and prosperity in society. b) To promote mutual cooperation in social, educational and business and to establish linkages for employments. c) To maintain relations with partners, donors, sponsors and shareholders. d) To enhance the competitiveness of social, educational and economical development. e) To supply social, educational and economical information and technology updates, and to release documents and bulletins concerning the activities of the Association. f) To give policy advice and direction the Royal Government for the development of social, educational and economical issues. g) To support employment creation. h) To protect the legal rights of its members.

All the incomes ,earnings, movable or immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as set forth in the Memorandum of Association and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever, to the present or past members of the society or to any person claiming through any one or more of the present or the past members unless passed by board and approved by the Director.
