I. Opinion Principe
The existence of an International Hindu Forum aim is to protect and provide a resolution based on the Dharma and the implementation on issues that impact on the World Hindu community and the entire human race. World Hindu Federation based in Nepal in the past few decades was able to bring the Vision and Mission of the World Hindu Due to the political change and the political turmoil in Nepal, it leads to the Moist controlled the Government. Therefore, the attention of this forum has decreased and weakened. Based on this reason, in many meetings, especially with some former officials (Vice President of World Hindu Federation) we took the initiative to continue the vision and mission of the World Hindu Federation, through a meeting of the World Hindu leaders in 2012 (World Hindu Summit 2012). The meeting will be held in Bali because Bali is The Island of God with the motto "Harmony to the World, from The Island of God, Bali Indonesia" Through the World Hindu Summit 2012 (WHS 2012) in Bali Indonesia, will be realized a World Hindu Organization which has a new force in the efforts to save the human race based on the teachings of Dharma. Messages and a variety of solutions will be generated in order to participate in realizing a better future. Until now, the support of the various parties to the realization of this forum have come, such as: Maharaja Jayapataka Vice President World Hindu Federation (USA), He was blessed to continue the vision and mission of World Hindu Federation of the same name or new name. II. Purposes
The purposes of establishment of this Forum are: To foster Educational, Cultural, Social and Spiritual affinities among the Hindus To strengthen the institutions and organizations that provide social services and environmental To study the philosophical, spiritual, cultural and other Hindu literatures in order to implement the daily life of the world Hindu community. To create awareness for the Hindu community in order to maintain a relationship with God, with fellow human beings and the relationship with the environment. To establish, preserve and support educational Institutions for the promotion of study, research and promotion of Hindu scriptures and other Hindu literatures To contribute towards global peace through promotion of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' Philosophy (whole of mankind is one family) and maintain partnership with international organizations of similar objectives. To decrease suppressive activities around the world and initiate/hold dialogues with governments and relevant organizations including Human Rights Organization wherever felt necessary. To strengthen the voice and rights of the Hindus through public and private channels for general awareness. To increase the participation of Hindu media in publishing books, journals and newspapers audio-visual media in order to spread the noble values of Hinduism. To provide translations of Hindu scriptures for Hindus residing in different parts of the world in local languages To establish museums, reading rooms and libraries for cultures and Hindu heritage. 2

To hold meetings, seminars and conferences to disseminate and promote Hindu ideals. To organize regular programmes of singing hymn (Bhajan-Kirtan) and sermons at local, national and international levels.

To establish and support centres for the practice of Yoga as propounded in the scriptures for the physical, mental and spiritual development of mankind and to encourage Yoga in educational institutions,

To create awareness to eliminate superstitions and orthodoxies, To launch organized protests against immoral and inhuman activities undertaken by any religious community or nation, which are contrary to the spirit of Hindu ideals,

To harness popular support for the promotion and propagation of Hindu values and practices by framing and propagating uniform Code of Conduct.

To establish, upkeep, promote or render assistance to Maths, Temples, Ashrams, Vihars, Upasana Kendras, Gurudwaras, Pura, Candi and other Shrines of Hindu Deities,

To establish, manage or upkeep (where needs arise) render assistance to charitable and welfare institutions, voluntary institutions which serve the cause of the orphans, the widows, the old, the disabled, the infirm and the poors,

To make constant efforts to develop a curriculum and an educational system based on Hindu Culture or Values,

To organize and operate a Volunteer Corps The situation of Hindus in Indonesia and some other countries who are a minority makes us close to the Hindus in other countries so that if there is pressure, intimidation and discrimination we can work together to address them.

To convey the aspirations of World forums about some concept that have been a part of our society that could be applied to create harmony, peace, world welfare such as Tri Hita Karana, Hari Raya Nyepi, Panca Yadnya, Desa Pekraman and Subak.

To promote Spiritual Tourism in Bali and Indonesia.

Create forum and network for Hindu Youth and Youth Organization to raise awareness and motivate the young generation of Hindus Establish a younger generation of good character, Spiritualists, Ethical, and become good citizens who according to Hindu Noble Values Involve Hindu Youth actively in the resurrection of the World Hindu society by using all the potentials, ideas and creativity. Create forum and network for the figures of the World Hindu Economics as a means to shape a better world Economics condition through increase World Hindu community welfare. The Activities of this forum: To Share knowledge, experience, and expertise in the field of business Encourage the advancement of innovation, creativity, technology and entrepreneurship that will be born the new Hindu entrepreneurs Expand the network marketing of goods and services throughout the world and increase Hindu community participate in the World Economic Contributed Balinese local wisdom. very famous in the international World as the majority of Hindus who have a wealth of culture and natural beauty.

IV. Time and Place

World Hindu Summit 2012 will held on 6 10 June 2012 and Declaration of this forum will be conducted to coincide with the Bali Arts Festival, we are doing because of considerations of effectiveness and efficiency so that funding and preparation will not be too burdensome. Also as a means of promoting art and culture of Bali that have been acculturated to Hinduism to the delegates in attendance. World Hindu Parisada will hold a congress in a sustainable manner in the 5-year term in the first congress to be held the establishment and strengthening of the members of both personal and organization of the divisions of the World Hindu Parisada. Thereafter each division will hold a meeting once every year to discuss issues that occur in accordance with the field work that can provide the resolution and to implement that resolution into action. The results of the division meetings will be reported in the next five-yearly congress.

V. Participants
The forum will consist of personal and organizational delegations from various backgrounds from all over the world who have the commitment and dedication to advancing the World Hindu community to create harmony, peace and world prosperity.

Funding for the conference at the World Hindu Parisada do with the cooperativeness of several elements of Hindus in Bali, in terms of transportation and accommodation of delegates who attended the conference of the State concerned to the person in charge of each delegation. We realize this event is great need of funds so that we open the donors from the personal, private and government who care and support this event. Here we submit the budget for World Hindu Summit. Estimated cost of World Hindu Summit is Rp.1.500.000.000 (One Billion Five Hundred Million Rupiah)
