My Student Activities screen,

your new entry will be shown as Pending, until your school coordinator has checked it. If your coordinator decides the activity is not suitable to be recognised as volunteering in the PSVA, it will be shown as Declined.

When your school coordinator has marked your activity as Eligible, a blue clock will appear.

Each time you volunteer some more time on that activity, click on the blue clock to add more logs of time.

As you add more logs of time, the Actual hours tally will increase.

The Validated hours tally will only increase when your school coordinator validates your time logged.

If you see the Proof icon, this means your school coordinator wants you to provide evidence of the activity you have undertaken. You can obtain a form to do this by clicking the Print Log button.

Click Open for a pdf Student Activity Log.

(pdf = Portable Document Format)

Details you have entered on the database will already be recorded in this pdf log.
