Dear Mr. Fedeli, Enclosed please find additional documents responsive to your August 9, 2011, Freedom of Information Act request. These records were located as a result of a Department of Defense Inspector General (IG) inquiry after the date of production (May 18, 2012) and therefore, to be as inclusive as possible, we are producing them to you now. The documents consist of 81 emails found in the course of the IGs inquiry. Of those 81 emails, 61 were duplicative of the emails that were found in the initial search. Twenty emails were deemed to have information not previously processed in this case. Those emails have been reviewed and determined to be partially releasable. Information has been withheld pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552 (b)(3), statutes 10 U.S.C. 130b and 50 U.S.C. 403g Section 6 of the CIA Act of 1949, as well as exemptions (b)(5) and (b)(6). All of these redactions were taken on the same information that was produced on May 18, 2012, with the exception of information on pages 2 and 7, which is being withheld under exemptions (b)(3), (b)(5), and (b)(6).
