-Created a community service organization that promotes community involvement, town revitalization, grassroots planning, and healthy living. -Helped to found the largest and most successful Farmer's Market in Lockhart, TX. Main Street Market connects residents with their nearby farmers, while encouraging healthy, local, & sustainable food sources. -Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the website & weekly newsletter Main St. Monitor, creating and delivering public presentations, as well as managing technical writing documents, community calendar synchronization, online videos, & social media coverage using media management programs. -Helped build the organization from two other co-founders to over 150 members, with a ten member democratic board, in only one month. We now support a thriving weekly farmers market and send the Main St. Monitor to over 500 people.
