Process
Introduction of the process would be part of the IST training Part of an individual Leaders logbook personal tool Mid-term evaluation: individual and team check about the learning gained so far Final assessment: teams would be invited to perform a comprehensive assessment of the individual learning towards the end of the event. This assessment will include a validation - the one from the team Follow up: a process of national validation, both using methods that exist in Scouting, and possibly external recognition
