Cinnamon Twists
1. Bring to boil in large saucepan 1 cup sour cream. 2. Remove from heat. 3. Stir in cup melted butter, sugar, baking soda & salt 4. Allow to cool 5. Add 1 large egg 6. Add crumbled bread yeast & stir until dissolved 7. Turn out mixture on floured board 8. Knead lightly 9. Cover with damp cloth and let rest for 5 minutes 10. Roll dough to thick with dimensions 6 x 24 11. Spread surface with 8 Tablespoons of butter 12. Sprinkle half long way with mix of brown sugar & cinnamon 13. Bring unsugared half over, press lightly 14. Cut in wide strips, twist each end in opposite directions 15. Place on greased sheet, 2 apart 16. Cover. Let rise about 1 hours 17. Bake 12-15 minutes @375, while warm, frost
