NOTICE FOR MID SEMESTER (MONSOON SEMESTER)EXAMINATION 2012-13 Venue:- Departments / Penman Auditorium / Lecture Hall Complex
The Mid Semester Examination of (Monsoon Semester 2012 - 13) shall be held from 10- 09-2012 to as per details mentioned below. 15 09 2012 for all PG & UG students

(A) Group A students consisting of :

(III, V, VII & IX semesters of 4-yr B Tech/5-yr Dual Degree/5-Yr Integrated M Sc & M Sc Tech Programmes) (I, III & V Semesters of 2-Yr M Sc/3-Yr M Sc Tech Programmes) (I semester of I - Yr M.Phil/2-Yr M Tech) (I & III semesters 2-Yr MBA Programmes)

Timings: Forenoon Session: 07:30AM-09:30AM; Afternoon Session: 2:00 PM - 04:00PM (B) Group B students consisting of :
(I Semester Preparatory Course) I semester of 4-Yr B Tech/5-Yr Dual Degree/5-Yr Integrated M Sc & M Sc Tech Programme)

Timings: Forenoon Session: 10:30AM-12:30AM.

All HODs / Course Coordinator(s) are requested to send the Examination Schedule in the enclosed format latest by 24/08/2012. It may please be noted that the examination for all 5 Theory Papers shall be held continuously form Monday to Friday for all disciplines having 5 Theory Subjects in their course curriculum. Examination on 6th day i.e. Saturday shall be held for only those disciplines, who are having 6 theory subjects in their course curriculum. A copy of Examination schedule duly filled in the format may also be forwarded at exam@ismdhanbad.ac.in. by HOD/Course Coordinator. All concerned may please note that sequence of examination for the End Semester of Monsoon Session 2012-13 will remain same as per mid semester examination. The place of examination may also be indicated for notification. Arrangement for invigilation may be made by the respective Departments / Course Coordinator(s). While preparing the Examination Schedule proper care should be taken for the common courses offered to other Programmes / Disciplines and should also be indicated in the proposed schedule to avoid any clash of dates/ time.
