To take advantage of this promotion it is very easy to claim. You can do so either by completing the form overleaf or by claiming online at www.samsung.com/uk/student. Submit the claim form, and your proof of purchase (your receipt or invoice). If submitting online you will still need to upload your proof of purchase.
Await your email confirmation that all documentation has been received.
Receive the cashback payment and continue to enjoy using your purchased Samsung product.

13. In order for your claim to be successfully validated the proof of purchase must: I. Be either an invoice, receipt or order notification. Delivery notes are not accepted. II. Indicate the name of the store that you made the purchase. III. Indicate the product that you have purchased. IV. If your proof of purchase is deemed not to meet the conditions above you will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required items within seven (7) days. If the participant still fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the claim for cashback will be marked as invalid. 14. Once the required documents have been received, the participant will receive confirmation of receipt by email stating whether or not the claim for cashback has been successful. It is the claimants responsibility to contact the agent using the email address above within fourteen days of their claim being posted if an email acknowledgement has not been received. 15. The cashback will only be validated and paid if the individual or company named on the proof of purchase supplied matches the bank account details provided. Failure to provide matching details will result in email notification offering the opportunity to provide the required details within 7 days. If the participant still fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the claim for cashback will be marked as invalid. 16. Typically payments of cashback are made or posted within 45 days of the claim being received and validated. Online Claims will be paid via a BACS transfer, Paper Claims will be paid via cheque. 17. Claims from the United Kingdom will be paid in Pounds Sterling; claims from the Republic Of Ireland will be paid in Euro. 18. Claims must be submitted by the end user customer only. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers. This offer is not open to employees of Samsung, their agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, retailers, participating stockists or anyone connected with the promotion. 19. There is a maximum of 10 units per customer during the promotional period. Business customers who have received special pricing including bid pricing from qualifying retailers are not eligible for this promotion. 20. Claims for products purchased which will be resold or rented to a third party are ineligible for this promotion. 21. All instructions on the website form part of these terms and conditions. The cashback will only be paid upon satisfaction by the participant of these terms and conditions. By completing the claim process participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions. 22. Return of a qualifying Samsung product to the seller following submission of the claim for the cashback will disentitle the participant to the cashback. 23. In the event of a product failing or being replaced during the cashback claim period and if the cashback claim has not been paid out, the original claim will be voided and you will need to resubmit your claim accordingly against your replacement order. If either product is returned after the cashback claim has been accepted and paid, The Promoter shall be entitled to recover the cashback amount from the participant. 24. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the promotion. 25. Samsung reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents. 26. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes property of Samsung and will not, and cannot be returned. Please ensure that you make a copy of your invoice or receipt as this will not be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion as well as future Samsung promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution. 27. The decisions of The Promoter in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding. 28.
