By Income tax free nation (2.01 Collections, Taxes on Income, Tax Revenue, Receipt Budget 2013-14 = 2,29,502 crore Rupees), we aim to Lower Prices of Products and boost Savings of Common Man. We will introduce a mechanism to benefit poor and underprivileged, which in turn would reduce Interest rates (for Loans), increase Interest rates (for Savings) and promote Real GDP. We believe that it is the inalienable right of Indian people, as of any other people, to have freedom and to enjoy the fruits of their toil and have the necessities of life, so that they may have full opportunities for growth. We believe that if any government deprive a people of these rights and oppresses them, the people have a further right to alter or to abolish it. .. (Source: Gandhi, Freedom and Self-rule written by Anthony J. Parel) A Letter to the Viceroy, Lord Irwin on 2nd March 1930: If my letter makes no appeal to your heart, on the eleventh day of this month I shall proceed with such co-workers of the Ashram as I can take, to disregard the provisions of the Salt Laws. I regard this tax to be the most iniquitous of all from the poor man's standpoint. As the Independence movement is essentially for the poorest in the land, the beginning will be made with this evil.
