What is Resume Database Matching?
In addition to posting jobs in print and online, advertisers can access
a database of matched candidate resumes to boost their recruiting
effort. Resume Database Matching offers employers unique value:

posted jobs.

u All matched candidates are graded and ranked. Advertisers can preview matched candidates’ profiles online without charge; if the profiles
appear promising, advertisers can choose to open the candidates’ resumes and access their contact information.

How is Resume Database Matching priced?

What is Corporate Job Site Scraping?
Some employers maintain their own job sites on which they list open positions. These employers may want to advertise their jobs on the
newspaper’s site and The Job Network as well with minimum additional effort.
The Job Network technology simplifies this process by enabling employers to have their jobs posted on the newspaper site and through-
out The Job Network by automatically "scraping" copying them from the employer's web site. After the job is scraped from a corporate
web site site, it undergoes a "tuning" process which makes the ad searchable and matchable to candidate profiles on the newspaper site
and throughout The Job Network. The text of the job ad – in whole or in part – can be sent to print as well.

How does Corporate Job Site Scraping work?

u After a short setup process,The Job Network will automatically and periodically scan the employer’s job web site for job postings.
u Jobs that have been newly posted by the employer are copied, tuned and published on your newspaper’s job site. Jobs that have
expired (i.e. that no longer appear on the employer's web site) are detected and removed from the newspaper’s job site. The frequen-
cy of this integration process can vary depending on the employer’s requirements.

How is Corporate Job Site Scraping priced?

Employers pay a $500 one-time set-up fee for Corporate Job Site Scraping and a $35 fee per job copied (with a monthly minimum fee of
$175).

tions that can be presented to online applicants.

applied for their advertised jobs.
