But our ambitions went beyond this; we specialised further in the application at our customers offices and developed turnkey solutions, concepts that are tailored to suit our customers. Teesing wants to be a partner who contributes to valuable ideas. Internationally we have also taken great strides, allowing us to provide customers worldwide with the best service. One key principle we have in everything we do is keeping our promises. In this magazine you can read more about our activities and our way of working. THE START
IN 1952, TEESING STARTED SUPPLYING SHEET-METAL WORKING MACHINES FOR VARIOUS INDUSTRIES. TEESING ALSO SUPPLIED COUPLINGS, VALVES AND TUBING FOR THE DUTCH RAILWAY, MACHINE MANUFACTURING AND CHEMICAL/PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRIES. IN ADDITION, THE COMPANY ACTED AS AN AGENT FOR THE PRODUCTS OF SERTO AND RECTUS, BRANDS THAT ARE STILL AVAILABLE THROUGH TEESING TODAY. IT WAS NOT LONG BEFORE THE RANGE WAS EXPANDED FURTHER, WITH THE ADDITION OF PRODUCTS SUCH AS FLEXIBLE TUBING.
Over the years, the product range grew even more, based on market demand. But Teesing wanted to take it yet another step further. We started looking at the products from a market perspective, explains General Manager Fred Lamb. We decided to make ourselves stand out and set up various product-market combinations for our customer groups. We would analyze in advance which Fred Lamb products were really needed in the various markets. This gave us an excellent insight into each sub-segment, on which we could build further. Using the product-market combinations as a basis, we also started looking at things more broadly. We started supplying products in the rest of Europe and later all over the world. This was not just because of our own ambitions; customers also had high demands. They wanted a broad product range and a high level of service. This prompted us to start a 24-hour delivery service. The company distinguishes itself in the market because of its radial assembly and disassembly.

SERTO
Since the beginning in 1952, Teesing has been the exclusive distributor for Serto products in the Netherlands. With Serto, Teesing offers a very extensive range of couplings, valves, tubing, assemblies and systems for a wide range of applications in various industries. Serto is an unparalleled Swiss brand that uses high-performance, patented technology.

RECTUS
One of the largest German brand in the field of quick-connectors, thats the best description of Rectus. Apart from a wide range of standard couplings that meet the strictest requirements, the company also provides tailor-made solutions, developed by engineers who adjust the results to the requirements and needs of Teesing customers.

WEH COMPONENTS
Teesing supplies the entire line of WEH connectors for filling and test systems. The unique WEH clamping system initially saves a lot of time when connecting and disconnecting the systems. The WEH fill and test connectors have, for example, been supplied for testing NEFIT boilers and initially saves a lot of time when connecting and disconnecting to the system. The WEH connectors make connection easy and fast.

DE START
In 1952 startte Teesing met het leveren van plaatbewerkingsmachines voor diverse industrien. Ook leverde Teesing koppelingen, afsluiters en buizen voor de Nederlandse treinbouw, apparatenbouw en chemie/petrochemie. Het bedrijf vertegenwoordigde de producten van Serto en Rectus, merken die nog altijd via Teesing verkrijgbaar zijn. Al snel breidde het assortiment verder uit, onder meer met flexibele buizen. Teesing zette verschillende product-marktcombinaties op voor de klantengroepen. Het bedrijf ging producten leveren in de rest van Europa en later over de hele wereld. Ook werd een 24-uurs levering gestart.

PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY
Teesing products are used on a large scale in many processes in the (petro)chemical industry. Examples

IN THIS CONDITIONED AREA, PRODUCTS ARE ASSEMBLED, TESTED AND DOUBLE-PACKAGED ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER WISHES IN THE CLEANEST POSSIBLE CONDITIONS. FROM RIJSWIJK, CUSTOMERS ARE SUPPLIED AND CENTRAL PURCHASING TAKES PLACE AT SUPPLY CHAIN PARTNERS.
The Purchase and Logistics department in Rijswijk supports the three Strategic Business Units. Manufacturing partners deal with permanent contacts who know exactly what goes on at the companies. The products are received in Rijswijk and their quantity and quality are checked according to our OCQ prodecure. Upon arrival, the products are booked in within 24 hours, after which they are ready to be Ren Roozen sold. Assembly and functional testing is also performed in Rijswijk. In deze geconditioneerde ruimte worden producten geassembleerd, getest en dubbel verpakt volgens de wens van klanten onder de meest ideale condities. Vanuit Rijswijk worden de klanten beleverd en vindt de centrale inkoop plaats bij de Internationale leveranciers. Teesing investeert veel in de logistieke afdeling en in de kwaliteit van levering.

CLEANROOM
In the cleanroom products are cleaned and packaged in clean conditions. Products can be blown off with clean air filtered at 3 nanometres, free from hydrocarbons (TOC), and Teesing supplies the products and assemblies double-packaged in clean air, nitrogen or helium. Teesing has the unique capability to Leen Nugteren lators and tubing in a class 100 cleanroom. For small assemblies it is possible to produce class 10. Major toolmakers and system integrators have selected Teesing to deliver pre-

assembled hose constructions under cleanroom environment. Together with our partners we can handle anything from a few samples for prototypes to complete assemblies for volume production. We test our cleanliness using UV and laser technics, we use extreme clean dry air (XCDA) with sub ppb levels of contaminants, we have bake-out capabilities, reduce TOC levels in order to deliver your subsystem or component ready for producing nanotechnologies.

TEESING USA
Teesing has its offices for the American market in Lafayette, New Jersey. This successful office mainly focuses on the one in the Netherlands, explains Leen Nugteren, Board Member and, among other things, responsible for the activities in the US and Taiwan. Apart from a sales and service organisation, we have our own logistics department and warehouse. Teesing USA maintains contact with American manufacturing partners, for example, for Ultra High Purity products. A key part of the work involves drawing up the specifications to be met by the manufacturers, in consultation with our customers.

TAIWAN
Teesing has had a representative in Taiwan, since 2008. In the meantime, their own office has opened there, aimed at be able to offer services at a high level in Asia. Especially in view of our sales, opening our own office was a logical step. We now control everything ourselves and can provide better service for our customers in Taiwan.

TEESING CHINA
In 2001, Teesing started its overseas activities in China, where an American licence was further developed together with a major local natural gas distributor. In 2003 this resulted in an office in Beijing, which by now has become a fully-fledged subsidiary trading under the name Teesing Industrial Systems Beijing Co Ltd. Before the Olympics were held in Beijing in 2008, the focus on the

environment increased even more, which resulted in a huge growth in our activities. Apart from Teesing Industrial Systems Beijing Co Ltd., a new company was founded in 2010 with the name Teesing New Energy Equipment Co Ltd. De Jongste: With this company, we have set up a joint venture with the Argentinean compressor manufacturer Delta ASPRO Compression Ltd. This allows us to produce locally on a larger scale as well for the major Chinese natural gas corporations PetroChina, Sinopec and Xinao. The joint venture is called ASPRO TIS Beijing Co Ltd.. In a state-of-theart production facility, CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) compressor systems are manufactured.

TEESING USA
In Lafayette heeft Teesing een kantoor voor de Amerikaanse markt. Deze succesvolle vestiging richt zich voornamelijk op de Semiconductor industrie. Teesing USA onderhoudt de contacten met Amerikaanse manufacturing partners.

TAIWAN
Al vanaf 2008 heeft Teesing een vertegenwoordiging in Taiwan. Inmiddels is hier een eigen vestiging geopend, gericht op de Semiconductor industrie.

TEESING CHINA
In 2003 ontstond Teesing Industrial Systems Beijing Co Ltd. Dit bedrijf richt zich met name op het leveren van componenten, systemen en assemblies voor de markt van alternatieve brandstoffen en andere industrile toepassingen. In 2010 ontstond een nieuwe entiteit onder de naam Teesing New Energy Equipment Co Ltd. Vanuit dit bedrijf werd een Joint Venture gestart met de Argentijnse compressorproducent Delta ASPRO Compression Ltd. onder de naam ASPRO TIS Beijing Co Ltd. Op die manier is het mogelijk om ook lokaal op grote schaal CNG compressor systemen te produceren voor de grote Chinese aardgasmaatschappijen.
