ASSEMBLY OF THE INSECTICIDE MICROSEM ATTACHMENT MONTAGE DES INSECTICID GRANULATSTREUERS

MONTAGE
- S'assurer que les botiers de distribution sont semblables ceux des fig. 2 & 3 (profil de la trmie et sens des goulottes de sortie) : vers l'avant pour botier NG PLUS tlescopique (fig.2) et vers l'arrire pour botier NG PLUS, MECA 3 et NC (fig.3). - Eviter de placer l'entranement prs d'une roue motrice. - Le pignon moteur A se monte sur l'axe hexagonal INFERIEUR (fig.1). - Les tuyaux de descentes canalisent le produit directement l'intrieur du soc. Il s'agit d'ensembles tlescopiques monter suivant fig. 8 pour semoir NG PLUS, fig. 7 pour semoir MECA 3 et fig. 6 pour semoir NC. ATTENTION : les tuyaux sont livrs trop longs, ils seront ajuster leur plus courte longueur afin d'viter les coudes ; ceci sera faire semoir RELEVE et ATTELE.

RGLAGE DU DBIT
Le dbit, tant fonction de la vitesse de rotation des axes de botiers il se rgle partir des pignons doubles A et interchangeables B et C . Un dcalque coll sur le carter de l'entranement facilite ce rglage puisqu'il indique les pignons utiliser pour les principaux produits commercialiss. Pour des produits et des quantits diffrentes, se rfrer la mthode d'talonnage ci-aprs. Les renseignements fournis n'tant qu'indicatifs, un contrle la mise en route reste indispensable. ATTENTION : Cet appareil craint l'humidit. Il doit tre utilis uniquement avec des microgranuls et non avec des poudres ou des granuls. Il sera possible de distribuer des granuls anti-limaces condition de remplacer le systme vis sans fin intrieur. Le botier 2 rangs se transforme en 1 rang en remplaant la goulotte 2 sorties par une goulotte 1 sortie et en plaant un cache intrieur.

ASSEMBLY
- Make sure that the metering boxes are similar to those in fig. 2 & 3 (shape of the hopper and direction of outlets) : forwards for Telescopic NG PLUS planter (fig. 2) and backwards for the NG PLUS, MECA 3 and NC (fig. 3) - Avoid placing the drive next to a drive wheel. - The drive sprocket A is mounted on the LOWER hexagonal shaft (fig. 1). - The hoses direct the granular product directly to the inside of the shoe. The standard version is telescopic and mounted as shown in fig. 8 for NG PLUS planters, in fig. 7 for MECA 3 planters and in fig. 6 for NC planters. ATTENTION : The delivered hoses have extra length. They should be cut as short as possible to avoid bends. This should be done while the planter is in a HOOKED UP and RAISED position.

SETTING OF THE OUTPUT

The output is a function of the number of rotations of the spindle of the metering boxes, which is set primarily with the double sprocket A and the interchangeable sprockets B and C . A decal on the drive shield will assist with the setting and also indicates the sprockets to be used for the principal commercial products. For different products and quantities, please see the adjustment method hereafter. The furnished information is an indication only. Always double check when starting up the machine. ATTENTION : Avoid moisture contamination. This unit should be used only with microgranulars an not with powders or granulates. It is possible to meter large granulars provided the inside auger is changed for a special one. The 2-row metering box can be changed into a 1-row box by replacing the double outlet with a single outlet and sliding a shield in the inside.

MONTAGE
- Achten Sie darauf, dass die Selemente denen in den Abb. 2 & 3 entsprechen (Saatgutbehlter und Richtung der Auslufe): bei einem teleskopischen NG PLUS-Selementgehuse (Abb. 2) nach vorne, bei einem NG Plus-, MECA 3- oder NC-Selementgehuse (Abb. 3) nach hinten. - Montieren Sie den Antrieb nicht neben den Antriebsrdern. - Das Antriebszahnrad A ist auf der UNTEREN Sechskantwelle (Abb. 1) anzubringen. - Die Aussaatschluche fr das Granulat sollten mglichst geradlinig zum Schar gefhrt werden. Es handelt sich um eine teleskopartige Standardausfhrung, die bei NG-Ausfhrungen nach Abb. 8, bei NG PLUSAusfhrungen nach Abb. 6 und bei MECA 3-Ausfhrungen nach Abb. 7 zu montieren sind. ACHTUNG : Die Schluche werden extra lang geliefert. Sie sollten so kurz wie mglich abgeschnitten werden, damit Sie nicht gebogen nach unten laufen. Dies darf nur bei einer ANGEHNGTEN und AUSGEHOBENEN Maschine vorgenommen werden.

MENGENEINSTELLUNG
Die Menge wird ber die Drehzahl der Ausbringschnecke im Granulatstreuer reguliert. Die erste Mengeneinstellung erfolgt ber das Doppelzahnrad A und das Wechselzahnrad B und C . Auf dem Antriebsgehuse ist eine Tabelle fr die gebruchlichsten Granulate angebracht, auf der die Ausbringmenge mit den entsprechenden Zahnrdern angezeigt wird. Fr andere Produkte und Mengen beachten Sie bitte die nachfolgenden Einstellungsvarianten. Da es sich hier nur um richtungweisende Angaben handelt, muss die berprfung auch bei der Aussaat vorgenommen werden. ACHTUNG : Das Gert nicht der Feuchtigkeit aussetzen. Es nur mit Mikrogranulat aber keineswegs mit Pulver oder Granulaten benutzen. Es knnen damit auch Granulate fr Schneckenvertilgung gestreut werden, wozu jedoch erst die innere Ausbringschneckenvorrichtung ausgetauscht werden muss. Der 2-reihige Granulatstreuer kann in einen 1-reihigen Granulatstreuer umgewandelt werden. Dafr wird der Doppelauslauf gegen einen Einzelauslauf ausgetauscht und der Granulatbehlter auf einer Seite mit einem Blech abgedeckt.

= 5 kg/ha.

Si vous dsirez 8 kg/ha, prendre le rapport 8 x 0.24 = 0.384 Si vous dsirez 11 kg/ha, prendre le rapport 11 x 0.24 = 0.528 5 5 Soit : A = 12 Soit : A = 12 B = 18 Le plus proche de la srie B = 22 Le plus proche de la srie C = 12 C = 20 Nota : Un contrle la mise en route reste obligatoire.

Les pignons interchangeables B en caractres gras et couleurs sont livrs de srie (12-15-18-22-25-30 dents), ceux en caractres maigres sont livrables sur demande (10-11-13-14-16-17-19-20-21-23-24-26-2732-35 dents). The interchangeable sprockets B in bold characters are delivered as standard (12-15-18-22-25-30 teeth), those in ordinary characters are delivered on request (10-11-13-14-16-17-19-20-21-23-24-26-27-32-35 teeth). MICROSEM ANTI-LIMACES
Montage Comme indiqu sur les figures ci-contre : - Fig. 12 pour la rampe standard arrire (attention au pignon moteur de l'entranement monter sur l'axe hexagonal INFERIEUR). - Fig. 10 pour la rampe combine la rampe insecticide. - Fig. 11 pour l'entranement de la rampe ci-dessus. Seule la rampe combine (fig. 10) se monte avec la rampe insecticide. Sur NG Plus rgler les supports (fig. 11) vers le haut. S'assurer que les botiers de distribution utiliss sont semblables celui de la fig. 14 (profil de la trmie et sens des goulottes de sortie). Les tuyaux de descente canalisent les granuls l'arrire des socs pour qu'ils soient mlangs la terre recouvrant les graines. Il s'agit d'ensembles tlscopiques monter suivant fig. 18 ou 19 ou 20 pour semoir NC CLASSIC, suivant fig. 21 pour semoir NC TECHNIC (suivant fig. 17 pour semoir NC rampe standard), suivant fig. 15 ou 16 pour semoir NG Plus. Ces tuyaux, peut-tre trop longs, seront ajuster leur plus juste longueur afin d'viter les coudes. Ceci sera faire semoir ATTELE et RELEVE. Rglage du dbit Une srie de pignons interchangeables (fig. 11) ou tags (fig. 13) avec dcalque guide permet d'adapter dans chaque cas la vitesse de rotation des axes de botiers au produit distribuer (comme pour la rampe insecticide page prcdente).

MICROSEM SPECIAL ANTI-SPLUG APPLICATION

Assembly As shown on the opposite page : - Fig. 12 for the standard rear assembly. (ATTENTION ! The drive sprocket should be mounted in the LOWER hexagonal drive shaft). - Fig. 10 for the special assembly to be adapted to the insecticide system. - Fig. 11 for the drive of the above special assembly. Only the special assembly (fig. 10) can be mounted in combination with the insecticide assembly. On the NG Plus the supports have to be adjusted upwards. Make sure that the units being used are similar to those shown in fig. 14 (shape of the hopper and direction of the outlets). The hoses direct the granular product behind the shoe between the press wheels, to be mixed with the soil that covers the seed. These telescopic units have to be mounted as per fig. 18 or 19 or 20 for the NC Classic planter, fig. 21 for the NC Technic (fig. 17 for the NC planter for the standard assembly) and fig. 15 or 16 for the NG Plus planter. These hoses may be too long and will have to be adjusted to their correct length to avoid any bends. This should be done while the planter is HOOKED UP and LIFTED. Output adjustment A series of interchangeable sprockets (fig. 11) or a gear cluster (fig. 13) with an instruction decal, allows the unit to be adjusted to the number of rotations needed for the product to be distributed (as for the insecticide system on the preceding page).

Montage Bitte beachten Sie die nebenstehenden Abbildungen: - Abb. 12 fr die Standardausfhrung - Anbau hinten (Achtung: das Antriebsrad ist auf der UNTEREN Sechskantwelle anzubringen). - Abb. 10 fr den Sonderanbau, der dem Granulatstreuer fr Insektizide angepasst werden kann. - Abb. 11 fr den Antrieb des obigen Sonderanbaus. Nur der Sonderanbau (Abb. 10) kann fr Insektizide kombiniert werden. Bei der NG Plus-Ausfhrung sind die Halterungen (Abb. 11) nach oben hin einzustellen. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Sgehuse mit denen in Abb. 14 bereinstimmen (Saatgutbehlter und Richtung der Auslufe). Die Aussaatschluche leiten das Granulat hinter die Schare, damit es ber der Saat mit der Erde vermischt wird. Es handelt sich um teleskopische Standardausfhrungen, die nach Abb. 18, 19 oder 20 fr den Smaschinentyp NC CLASSIC, nach Abb. 21 fr den Typ NC TECHNIC (nach Abb. 17 fr NC-Smaschinen mit Standardausfhrung) und nach Abb. 15 oder 16 fr den Typ NG Plus zu montieren sind. Die Schluche, die bei Lieferung vielleicht zu lang sind, sollten auf die richtige Lnge abgeschnitten werden, damit Sie nicht gebogen nach unten laufen. Dies darf nur bei einer ANGEHNGTEN und AUSGEHOBENEN Maschine vorgenommen werden. Mengeneinstellung Ein Wechselzahnrad (Abb. 11) oder Doppelzahnrad (Abb. 13) mit einer Tabelle ermglichen es, die Drehzahl am Granulatstreuer so einzustellen, dass man die richtige Aussaatmenge erhlt (wie bei der Ausfhrung fr Insektizide auf der vorigen Seite).
