Injecting cement with conbex- 100/ intraplast N-200grout into concrete/ brick work by suitable gun/ pump at required pressures by providing necessary scaffolding, drilling and inserting 12mm dia aluminium grouting multiperferated nipples upto 30mm to 40mm depth, using `M Seal around the nipple cutting of nipples after curing, cleaning etc. complete. Providing and laying micro concrete of approved brand in proportion 1:1 with metal No.1 including bonding coat of Polyalk EPor equivalent brand with cement in 1:1 proportion, mixing, waterproof shuttering, pouring, consolidating, scaffolding, curing etc. as per mfg.'s specifications . PART - V - OTHER CIVIL WORKS 32 Providing and applying internal cement plaster 12mm thick in a single coat in C.M.of 1:5 with neeru/plain finish to concrete or brick surface in all positions including applying bonding coat of "hack-aid-plast" at the junction of old plaster and new plaster, and to the existing R.C.C. members like slabs, beams, which are not trowelled raking the joints upto 10mm deep including two legged scaffolding, curing etc. complete. The first part consisting of providing and applying Polymer Coating Waterproofing System as per manufacturers specification and as approved by the engineer-in-charge / consultants, on the entire terrace slab and parapet walls up to 600 mm from the FFL. Cost to include base preparation including cleaning and wire-brushing the entire surface, treating the cracks, construction joints and honeycombs, if any, by grouting it with a specialised non-shrink cementitious compound, curing, etc. complete. Prepare a slurry using 1 kg. POLYALK WP or equivalent and 1.25 kg cement and apply by brush on the levelling course. Mixing should be done using a low speed stirrer to form a lump free consistency. NO WATER TO BE ADDED. After 24 hours apply a similar second coat of POLYALK WP or equivalent / cement slurry. Air cure the surface for 48 hours. Cure the coating with damp gunny bags for 4 - 5 days. Apply a similar third coat of POLYALK WP or equivalent / cement slurry. While the coat is wet and tacky, lay the cement mortar as a base coat(Detailed description is given in Part - II). This has to be a wet on wet application. Add SUNPLEX or equivalent (330 gms pouch) per 50 kgs bag or cement in the mortar mix. The second part consisting of providing and laying average 115 mm thick brick-bat coba system comprising of 20 mm thick, CM 1:3 base coat, avg. 75 mm thick brickbat coba in CM 1:4 mortar and 20 mm thick, CM 1:3 top-finish coat. The mortar for the brick-bat coba shall be CM 1:4 and admixed with integral waterproofing compound @ 1 kg./bag of cement and mortar plasticizer @ 200 ml/bag of cement, curing, complete. The top-finish coat shall be suitably finished (either smooth IPS with 30 cm x 30 cm false marked squares or broom-finished suitable for laying china mosaic tiles). The cost should include treatment of cove (wata) at the interface of floor and parapet, sealing the annular space between the pipe and the masonry, making khurras, river sand screened and

washed, at all leads, lifts, heights, scaffolding, with proper slope to drain-off water entirely, complete, etc. Curing shall be done for 7 days by ponding with water.
