HISTORY
F.R.A.N.T.S. & Co., Chartered Accountants is more than three decades old Accounting and consultancy firm and is reconstituted with the merger of Rauf Ayoob & Co. Chartered Accountants (established in 1979) & Nasir & Co., Chartered Accountants (established in 1990), along with the admission of 8 other professional Chartered Accountants making the firms total strength of 11 qualified partners.

1. Mr. Abdul Rauf Ayoob, FCA:

Mr. Rauf Ayoob, Managing Partner of the F.R.A.N.T.S. & Co. Chartered Accountants is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan who possess rich International and National experience extending to more than three decades, during his extensive career, he has obtained diversified experience in services to industrial, commercial, institutional and individual clients relating to Audit, Business Development, Taxation & Corporate Consultancy.

2. Zulfiqar Ahmed Nasir, FCA:

Mr. Zulfiqar Ahmed Nasir has a vast experience of dealing with complex affairs pertaining to audit, corporate affairs and taxation; he has been in public practice since 1990 and partner in charge of Sialkot office. He is a member of the Lahore Tax Bar Association. He Remained the Vice President of Pakistan Tax Bar Association and President of Sialkot Tax Bar Association He also has the distinction of being on the advisory panel of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industries, numerous Trade Associations, and many other charitable and social organizations and trusts.

3. Mr. Ejaz Hussain Rathore, FCA:

Mr. Ejaz Hussain Rathore is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He is in public practice since 1990, and is Partner-in-charge of Islamabad Office. Taxation and business consultancy are the fields of his special interest. Mr. Rathore has served on the Board of Directors of various organizations, representing the Government Interest. He has also participated as a delegate in many International events.

4. Mr. Farooque Dandia, FCA:

Mr. Farooque Dandia is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He has an unmatched 5 years of post qualification industry experience on various Managerial capacities, as Manager Finance, Manager Cost, Financial Controller and Company Secretary, Further has been in professional practice since last six years in the field of Accounts, Tax and Corporate Law.

5. Mr. Muhammad Talib, FCA:

Mr. Muhammad Talib is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. In addition, he is also an active member of The Institute of Internal Auditors USA, Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA), The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) USA. He is partner in charge of Multan Office; he has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of Accountancy, Taxation, Auditing, Costing, and Financial & Business Management. He possess eight years of public practice experience besides working for twelve years in a world class textile organizations as a Business Manager. His core expertise is of building human capital, revival of sick units, mergers & acquisitions, corporate affairs, taxation, performance

evaluation, funds management, business operational management, internal audit, controls and system development, and cost accounting.

6. Mr. Tausif Ilyas, FCA:

Mr. Tausif Ilyas has obtained numerous qualifications pertaining to the field of finance being a prominent Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, and a distinguished member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan. He has over 16 years of Post Qualification experience primarily in the areas of finance with a particular focus towards Business Risk Assessment. His vast and diversified experience covers the local as well as the foreign market.

7. Mr. Nouman Razaq Khan, FCA:

Mr. Nouman Razaq Khan, a Fellow member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants since 1997. He had spent almost eight years in the local as well as abroad markets at top managerial positions, which inculcated in him the diversified experience of different aspects of running the business. During his eight years of industry based experience, he has gained vast knowledge in the fields of accountancy, financial & general management, taxation, risk management, human resource management and information system development. With the prerogative to help organizations and individuals to achieve their objectives and succeed in this highly competitive global economy vis--vis the measuring of performance, risks, and the capitalization of knowledge.

8. Mr. Zeeshan Ali, FCA, FCCA:

Mr. Zeeshan Ali is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (CIA), and the fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants of UK (FCCA). He has also represented CPD committee of ICAP Peshawar Region. He has been in practice since qualification; He has adequate experience in the fields of assurance, tax, corporate advisory services and system development. He has directly conducted and supervised audits of various Government and Non Governmental Organizations both in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Besides, he has wide spread experience of providing audit and advisory, corporate, due diligence and business valuation services.

9. Mr. Qamar Ali Mumtaz,FCA:

Mr. Qamar Ali Mumtaz is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He is also the member of the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (APA). Before coming into practice he work on Managerial position and worked closely with the objective of preparing organizational manuals, conducting basic and advance level training and the implementation of software; in addition, he has also conducted training for numerous other organizations in the fields of accounts, audit, and financial management. Currently, he is in charge of Afghanistan office.

10. Mr. Mahmood Saeed, FCA:

Mr. Mahmood Saeed is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan. Mr. Mahmood Saeed has worked in the firm at varying positions before ultimately elevated as a Partner in 2004. He has special interest and experience in audit of non-resident companies and the domestic enterprises. He is also involved in providing financial and human resource management consultancy to the clients.

11. M.Faheem A.Rauf, FCA:

Mr. Muhammad Faheem is a well-reputed fellow member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). Since qualification he is in practice. During his professional career to date he has developed the requisite leadership, strategic and interpersonal skills to perform at his very highest level of potential. In addition, he has fully supported the Management Information System and the Internal Audit & Review of Systems of internal control & development of SOPs. He was a member of the Managing committee of the Income tax Bar Association and also a member of the Publication committee of ICAP, He has also participated in many International events and represented ICAP.
