making undergraduate research helps in constructing the whole context of this study and familiarizing and orienting the researcher on the different parts and content of each chapter. The Class of 2A of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing, for their effort to finish this study and to produce a quality output. Their time and continuously assisting other members of the other groups helped to produce a work that is accurate and is done within the given time. The Nurses, the subject matter of this study, for uplifting the nursing profession. Their commitment at work even if problems arise gives inspiration and motivation to the upcoming nurses that nursing as a profession is not just a job rather a calling that requires people that can give selfless or altruistic care to their patient. The Respondents, source of analyzed and interpreted data, for their participation to finish this study and providing necessary information which is needed in the work. Their individual answers made this study objective and evidenced based. The loving Father, the maker of all that is, for the blessings He has bestowed to the researcher for them to work in peace and harmony. His presence made the researcher stronger and firmer even if circumstances arise.
