CAREER MISSION:

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE : Over two decades of professional experience in the fields like HR, Administration, HRM Training, Corporate Affairs, Techno-Commercial in Industries, Projects, Power Sector, HR Consultancy. PRESENT ASSIGNMENT : Presently continuing as HEAD-HR since the year 2008 at NEMHANS solutions Private Limited, Bhubaneswar. NEMHANS is a leading group providing Mobile Network Engineering in the field of strategy making, planning, optimization, Erection and Commissioning, Testing, Integration, Training and Resource Development and is an ISO 9000: 2008 certified company. It has spread its activities in different states of India like Bihar, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, North-East, Odisha, West Bengal etc. NATURE OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES HELD : MANAGEMENT & HR : People s Management and Public Relation with the local people & surrounding establishments, villages. Defining and Designing plans , policies , strategies and Compensation Benefits for greater operational effectiveness and manpower deployment . Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements . Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal System Linked to Reward Management . Developing Organizational Structure , Defining Roles that ensure the efficient and effective implementation of business processes in line with objectives. ADMINISTRATION & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS : Preparation of Annual Budget for Administration, General Office administration, Motivation & Implementation of safety Procedures & activities . Counseling, IR & grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and Facilitating employee satisfaction & discipline. To maintain & develop effective communication channel between the employer and employee.

LIAISON, CO-ORDINATION , PR & STATUTORY: Co-ordination and Clearances from Government Authorities for Land Acquisition & facilitation for project implementation. Selection & Acquisition of land considering water supply facilities, railway track for transportation of men & material and availability of power grid near to proposed land. Co-ordial relation with local police, revenue and public relation with local public & other agencies . Logistic Management for all the local inputs required for the proposed project implementation . Liaison is done with Government Departments at various levels and also with Labour Department, Police , Factories Dept. , Pollution control board , Industries Dept. , Explosives , Employment - Exchange, District Authorities etc . Executing all PR activities with media, Add. Agencies, guests & other Organisations etc. Maintaining good public relations with surrounding villagers, Sarpanches. WELFARE & FACILITY : CSR-organizing health camps, plantation& other development activities. Co-ordination with NGOs. Employees periodical medical check-ups, arranging first aid boxes & emergency medical services. Provision of drinking water. Organizing cultural , recreational & sports activities among the employees. Supervising canteen activities, Employees Hostel , Guest house & Vehicle maintenance. Organizing and Co-ordination of Employees house allotment in the colony & help sorting out Personal problems. Organizing periodical inspection of check lists & compliances as per norms. Extending training among down the level staff in regard to facilities and House Keeping activities. Procurement of required consumable materials on monthly basis. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENTS : Identifying Training needs and formulating programs for all trainees & implementing revised Training Policies and orientation programs for effectiveness . Customizing training programs & administrative activities based on the training need analysis to enhance the manpower skills and efficiency . Meeting demand for high-quality training that can be developed cost effectively , updated Quickly and delivered efficiently . PAST EMPLOYMENT : Served in the Industrial Development Corporation of Orissa Ltd. (IDCOL) as a Manager. This Corporation was incorporated in the year 1962 to set up & promote Industrial Units for optimum utilization of mineral resources available in the state and manage the same with optimum efficiency and productivity . They have Industries of Pig Iron, Cast Iron Spun Pipe , High Carbon Ferrochrome, Power Plant , Cement Plant, Boiler Piping & Accessories , Re-Rolling Mill , Industrial Job Works , Jute Plant , IT Development and Electrical Project Wing .

By and large looking into the total functional domain of plant activities and techno commercial feasibility and evaluation and monitoring of projects that included land acquisition, power supply, HRM & Administration, liaison and labor issues and Corporate Affairs . Served various organizations in different capacities from the period 1994 to 2007 : Worked with General Electric and Trading Co. L.L.C. (GENETCO), Muscat, Sultanate of OMAN as a Projects Engineer. Served Orissa State Electronic Development Corporation , a Govt. of Orissa Undertaking, as senior manager handling techno- commercial and human affairs. Worked for Lovelock & Lewes for commercial, technical and Human affairs evaluation of Sub-Stations, Electrical Equipments, critical infrastructure / assets of Orissa State Electricity Board which was transferred to Grid Corporation of India Ltd. for Mergers & Acquisitions . 1995-1998.

Utkal Galvainzers Ltd., Jagatpur, Cuttack as Deputy General Manager. Playing key role in implementation of Projects , General Administration and resources management. 1999 1999 .

Worked as General Manager, Puran Alloy and Steel (P) Ltd , discharging functions in Corporate Affairs, liaison, managing human and market resources in general and contract dealing and labour negotiations in particular. 2000 - 2002

Worked as the Chief Administrative officer at National Institute of Science & Technology (NIST), Berhampur and as the Deputy Registrar (Administration) & Registrar in-charge with the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela, Orissa, a premiere technical and research Institute of repute under the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India and was managing human resources , general administration, labour issues & liasion . 2007 ACCOMPLISHMENTS: 2003
