PREFACE
MBA is a professional course wherein for a student to possess only theoretical knowledge alone is not enough but also to improve practical skill which is helpful to them in every field of life in their future. A student needs to have a practical implementation in the current scenario.

As a part of summer training of MBA we visited N.J.India Pvt. Ltd. and prepared a project report on A Study on Consumers Perception Towards Financial Products Of NJ India Invest Pvt. Ltd. In Surat City. This training has expanded our horizon of knowledge in practical as well as theoretical which are vital for any student in management level studies. After completion of this Project we came to know that when we study theory but practice it is very difficult to understand. Therefore to serve dual purpose of practical training has been made compulsory for the student of MBA.

Such training promotes a student to boost his potentials and the inner qualities, and thereby students come to know about their reality that how the theoretical knowledge works in actual sense in any unit. This has indeed proved to be very useful to us.

I would like to thanks to MR. Sarfraj Patel who is Zonal Manager and Mr. Manoj Patel who is Regional Manager at NJ South Gujarat. I am really gratitude about their precious contribution and guidance in mini project of my SIP. They have made me clear about the any confusion related to research study.

Working on project is hard, its need hard work and concentration, what made it possible is the support. I received it from those who around me .I would like say thank to all the Senior Executives of Surat Branch of marketing departmental studies. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Today NJ India Invest Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading advisors and

distributors of financial products and service in India. Established in year 1994, Two Dynamic young Person were the founders of this Company. Jt.Managing Director Neeraj Choksi and Jignesh Desai is founder of Company. They have passion to do something different and after completion of study, they both started small share broking office in Surat. In 1995-96, they turned toward Mutual fund Business.

Today they are headquartered in Surat, India and have more than INR

8500* CR. Of Mutual fund assets under advice presence at over 110 Location in 20 States in India. The number are reflections of the trust commitment and value that NJ FUNDZ shares with 11*Lacs customer base with over 15000 Mutual fund Advisors. In current position more than 1000 employees are working at NJ INDIA INVEST.

NJ Fundz prides in being a professionally managed, quality focused and

customer centric organization. NJ FUNDZ offers products like Mutual fund, fixed deposits PMS, Insurance, etc. The Strength of NJ FUNDZ lies in the strong domain knowledge in investment consultancy and the delivery of sustainable Value to clients with support from cutting edge technology platform, developed in house by NJ FUNDZ. NJ FUNDZ supporting to its advisors with sales support, technology support, marketing support, etc. In research study, my research topic is A Study on Consumers

Perception towards Financial Products of NJ India Invest Pvt. Ltd. In Surat City. According to research topic, the study of Consumers perception was conducted with the primary objective to know what is the perception of consumer towards financial products provided by NJ India Invest Pvt. Ltd.

The study about different type of service provided by Insurance Agents to

their investors. To know the awareness of Financial Products in the financial market of Surat. To find out how many insurance agents want to attain the design, my research study is descriptive study. Surat was my research field. Sample size was 137 Insurance advisors of Surat. A primary source of data collection was survey. Secondary source of data collection was book, magazines of Mutual funds Questionnaire was selected as tool data collection. 137 question sheets were provided by Branch Manager.

After conducting research study I found that there were 3-4 commission

plan which is more beneficial for them but lack of knowledge about mutual fund, they did not get involved into this business. In the mutual fund there were insecurity level is low compare to any other investment instrument.

This internship Program has offered me a challenging role during the

training. Company has developed friendly cultures which make my study easy. I had completed my training with awareness about the All Financial Products and survey which conducted on insurance advisors. External guide of my training was so much supportive far my study. I have great experience during the training which could not explain in world. Training offered me a challenging job which definitely useful in future to perform managerial role.
