For the present study, therefore, descriptive method was found to be most effective and useful. Since in this kind of research, collection of data is most essential survey method is found to be suitable. The details of the procedure followed in time study as under. 3.2 Design of the Study For the present study the population consisted of all the elementary schools located in Bhubaneswar city at Khurda district of Odisha State. 3.3 Sample of the Study The sample of the present study consisted of five elementary schools (class 7th and 8th) of Bhubaneswar city, Nalini Devi Womens College of Teacher Education, Bhubaneswar and SCERT, Bhubaneswar.
