CABERNET SAUVIGNON (100 %) MAIPO VALLEY Vineyards located in Maipo Alto at the foothills of the Andes, on a soh slope that reaches the Maipo River. The inuence of the river and the elevagon (2,600 h), determine warm springs and summers of intense light yet of moderate temperatures. These factors allow a slow maturity of the grapes leading to very pargcular and intense aromas. Vineyard yield: 8.5 ton/ha Harvest date: April 21
TECHNICAL NOTES Grapes were handpicked in early April to obtain a perfect balance between sugar and riper tannins. Fermentagon took place in 8-10days at temperatures of 29-30C, with post- fermentagon maceragon for 15 days according to tasgng. 60% of this wine was kept for 10 months in French and American oak barrels, while the rest of it in inox to preserve fruity aromas. This wine is neither treated, nor ltered to preserve natural aromas and body. It is bonles and cellared for 5 months before released. TASTING NOTES Intense red ruby color with complex aromas that remind red fruits and plums, adding hints of spices delivered by the wood. Harmonious, with good fruit structure and round tannins, delivers a long aromagc persistence. Good to enjoy now, or cellar for 4 to 6 years. Serve at 18C. Recommended for spiced recipes, red meats, or ripe cheese.
Vineyards located in the southern limit of the Maule Valley. The soils are thin and features low ferglity, with clayish structure. Summers are very warm, ensuring total ripeness in this grape that really benets from a complete and even maturity. Vineyard yield: 7.2 ton/ha Harvest date: April 10 TECHNICAL NOTES Grapes were handpicked mid of April, providing good balance between sugars, acids and tannins. Fermentagon took place at 28-29C, with post-fermengng maceragon of 16 days. 60% of this wine was aged in French and American oak during 10 months, and the rest came from inox cellars adding fruit aromas and freshness. This wine has not been treated, not ltered, to preserve natural aromas and structure. TASTING NOTES Cherry red, with lively violet strands. A wine of intense aromas, dominated by black fruits like blackberry and black cherries that blend into toasted coee and tobacco notes derived from the barrel ageing. A luscious wine of great body, lingering aromas, layered by sweet and round tannins. Despite being a young wine its balanced structure and right maturity allow its consumpgon now, but undoubtedly will improve with a few months cellaring. SERVE Serve at 17-18C Recommended for all red meats, lamb, and spiced recipes.
CHARDONNAY (100%) Maule Valley, Chile Vineyards located in the southern limit of the Maule Valley. Poor soils of clay structure ensure perfect and even ripeness. Warm summers with predominant southern winds provide a delicate balance of sugars and acids, maintaining the citric oral and subtropical fruity aromas, typical of the variety. Yields are bound to 8 tons per hectare (equivalent to 2.5 kilos per vine).
TECHNICAL NOTES Grapes were hand picked and selected, and then transported to the winery in small trays (15 kg) to protect fruit integrity. 35% of this wine was barrel-fermented in American (50%) and French (50%) oak and kept for 8 months. The remaining 65% was fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures ranging from 14C to 16C for preserving fruity and oral aromas characterisgc of the variety. TASTING NOTES Intense straw-yellow color with light golden tones. Its intense aroma reminds pineapple and citric fruits along with a light toasted note proper of its oak fermentagon. It keeps notes of fresh and crispy acidity in the palate, yet balanced and harmonic with a creamy texture and a persistent fruity lingering nish. SERVE between 10C to 12C. Recommended for seafood, pastas with white sauces, and white meats lightly spiced.

SYRAH (100%) Maule Valley, Chile Vineyards located at the southern limit of the valley. The summer in this region is hot and dry, while autumn is characterized by the absence of rain. The Syrah grapes were harvested at the end of May, ensuring the highest possible natural sugar concentragon on the vine. Vineyard yield: 7.5 ton/ha Harvest date: May 30
TECHNICAL NOTES A cold maceragon before fermentagon was made for 5 - 6 days to obtain fresh fruit aromas, and to extract color and soh tannic maner. The alcoholic fermentagon took place in stainless steel tanks with wild yeasts (natural from the berries) at temperatures ranging 24-25C to be later on, racked to oak barrels where it was leh to age for 12 months. There was no malolacgc fermentagon so that the wine would preserve its acidity and freshness. TASTING NOTES This is the rst red sweet wine made in Chile under these characterisgcs on 2003. The idea was to make a wine both disgncgve and new. It is dierent to a Port or forged style wine, where sugars and alcohol contents are higher, but the aromas are more evolved and aged, lacking the freshness of a young wine, like this Late Harvest Syrah. It is a wine of intense and deep color, with a complex nose blending blueberries and blackberries with a linle biner, vanilla and tobacco. In the mouth it is a thick, generous wine with a perfectly balanced acidity that yields to a luscious and lingering nish. SERVE Its place is next to chocolate, gramisu, or by itself early in the evening. Serve at 12C, its soh and well integrated tannins will allow it.
PINK MUSCAT (60%) SAUVIGNON BLANC (40%) Maule Valley, Chile. Grapes for this wine come from our vineyard located in the southern edge of the Maule Valley. Poor soils of clay structure ensure perfect and even ripeness. Warm summers with predominant southern winds provide a nice balance of sugars and acids. This condigon allows the grapes to mature slowly and obtaining a perfect and healthy overipeness. Harvest date: May 30.
TECHNICAL NOTES Grapes are late harvested, in Chile that means very late in May. Fermentagon begins in stainless steel tanks and nishes in french and american oak barrels aher 12 months. The wine obtained is naturally sweet, with enough acidity to harmonizes, and with subtle touches of oak. TASTING NOTES Yellow color with typical golden touches of late harvested grapes. Ripe fruit aromas from the Muscat grapes, combined very well with honey notes and a delicate bunery scent. In the mouth its natural sweetness is well balanced with the fresh acidity provided by the Sauvignon blanc. SERVE Serve cold between 9C and 10C. Enjoy as an aperigf, or with rst courses of intense aromas like foi gras, serrano ham (prociuno) with melon. Also ideal for sweets and desserts aher a meal. Hint: If used to accompany desserts, make sure the desserts are not sweeter than the wine.
