Cook the potato and smash it. Take a pan and pour oil to saute. Put 1 cardamom, 2 cloves, 1 piece cinnamon and fry it. Put the onion and saute it well till it becomes pale. Put Tomato and fry it till it becomes juicy. Now add the above masala. Fry it and add water to it. Add salt to taste. Wait till the water boils. Now add the smashed potato to it. Let the potato get the taste of the masala. Make the flame slow and wait till the potato is completely into masala. Pulao What you need 2.5 Medium Sized Cups Basmati Rice 3 Table Spoons Green Peas 3 Table Spoons Sweet Corn Seeds 4 Green Chillies Sliced Vertically into 2 Pieces Each 2 Medium Sized Onions Sliced Vertically into Thin Pieces 12 Curry Leaves 1 Table Spoon Mint Leaves 3 Bojwaraku (Bojwar Leaves) 1/4 Tea Spoon Sajeera 4 Cloves 1/3 Tea Spoon Cinnamon 8 Cardamoms 2.5 Table Spoons Oil 1/2 Tea Spoon Salt 1.5 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste How to Make Heat Oil in a Bowl and add Sajeera, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom pieces withou t peeling them, Curry Leaves, Green Chillies, Onions, Mint Leaves to it. Fry the m until Onions turn golden brown color. Add Green Peas & Sweet Corn to the above mixture and let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add Ginger Garlic Paste, 5 Cups of Water, Salt and cover it with a lid. Cook it on medium heat until water is boiling. When water is boiling add the cleaned Basmati Rice to it and cook on medium heat, keep mixing rice every once in a while. When there is little water left i n the cooking rice, reduce the heat to low and cook until Rice is well cooked.
