Dear Pastors, Donors & Prayer Partners:

Greetings in the Name of Jesus.

If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, nothing shall be impossible unto you. Matt. 17:20. This picture was taken in Swaziland on a farmers 40,000 acre farm The story goes we were asked to survey the possibility of erecting a tent, to preach, build a church, placing a pastor but things changed when we arrived at the farm. The farmer told us that the African people were unhappy - would we please speak to them, I was glad to The people assembled in the field the next day and I put forth my proposition to them. At the end of the conversation a spokesman for the group shared these words Are you just talking? For we had a missionary from a foreign country who stayed with us 4 years, never built a church and then he went back to America its been more than 22 years, and we are still waiting for him to return. Anita and I were flabbergasted. Another African man came forward, we found out he was the chief of the tribe. He said to me: Br. John, if you come with me this afternoon, I will show you something. To our amazement, he showed us two vehicles from America, parked side by side with a fence which enclosed the vehicles to protect them from animals rubbing against them, and from people destroying the missionarys property. He gave me a long hard look, and said these words: Dont do this to us again we loved that man and his wife, the question we ask ourselves regularly what did we do to hurt or offend them? We promised him that we would do something, and we did We did not put up the tent, but we did purchase building material and built 4 large classrooms, school type building with wall partitions that could be opened and closed accordingly. This building served as a church on weekends, school and medical clinic during the week and a general gathering place for council meetings. We dedicated this building, with a new pastor who had graduated from Bible School, who was from that area. To God be the glory souls are saved, after more than 20 years the work is still growing (as far as we know those two vehicles are still there in the field). It was just about that time that a large sugar refining corporation bought the land near the church. The company hired employees; The pastor went to apply for a job to help with finances for the church and his family. After several years, Pastor Ezekiel was promoted to training personnel. (Pastor Ezekiel could read, write and was good at mathematics) He put the new employees through the paces, training them to manage their respective work stations. Pastor Ezekiel toured the factory daily to troubleshoot any problems that arose. In many instances he would put his hand on their shoulder and pray for them. His church grew, the farmer who sold the property to the refinery, returned several years later and shared with Pastor Ezekiel, (when he saw the growth and development of the congregation) we are going to build a bigger church, to accommodate all the members and visitors. Pastor Ezekiel is a result of Gods saving grace, the evidence of the shed blood of Jesus Christ, and the vision that the Holy Spirit gave him . To serve the Indigenous Church in Africa. Our Method is to let God present a need . . . and for us to match it with passion to serve. Support for Christ For Africa Ministries comes from gifts by friends like you. We are not funded or endowed by any group or Corporation, as we are an Independent Faith Mission.

Field News: We have seen many reports of new converts mainly due to the massive outreach of our discipled students. Every district reports of baptisms, membership intake, pastors and their outreach teams have been conducting all night prayer meetings, praying for the villages and the outlying areas that have been touched in one way or another through the word of God. There is a revival that we cannot explain, we know its from the Lord as we hear the testimonies that congregations are growing by leaps and bounds. New converts rejoice when they come out of the baptismal waters, praising God for their obedience in following the Lord. Everywhere the Word is preached, churches are being planted, reaping the results of all night prayer vigils. Anita and I long for those days where we can see and experience firsthand, the great and mighty Hand of our Savior Jesus Christ in a very personal way. We stand amazed, for nothing, nothing, nothing shall be impossible to them that believe the word, trust the Holy Spirit and Get Up and GO to win the lost and bring in the Harvest! Graduating Students 2012: Please Pray for our Graduates on the field in Africa, as political tribal problems escalate, the STUDENTS need the covering of the precious Blood of our Lord and Savior to protect, provide and have their prayers answered. Extra Christmas Love Gift: Each year, we prayerfully request you to consider sharing your blessings with an Indigenous Pastor and his family by sending an extra $100.00 love gift for Christmas. By designating your gift, we will forward it to them by the end of November 2012. Harvest Kits: Please help us raise funds for 24 graduating 3rd year Bible School students 2012, to give each a Harvest Kit, to help as they venture into their ministry areas to reach souls with the gospel of Jesus Christ. This tool of evangelism costs $300.00 each for a Harvest Kit. . Bibles: Mozambique Ministry has an urgent appeal for 2000 Bibles, in 5 different languages for their converts, Please pray IN Gods provision by the end of November 2012. $12,000.00 needed. Received to date - $7,753.00 still needed $4247.00. With God all things are possible Corn Grinders: We want to help in distributing Corn Grinders to the field.
