You are kindly requested to apply the scanning of the task environment on your organization and identify the opportunities and threats that are facing your organization. Use the EFAC matrix in order to elaborate your case.
1. Threat of new entrants (entry barrier). My organization is working on the property investment we buy area from the IDA Industrial Development Authority to develop this area & resell it back to the investors One of the most important barriers in this field is the Government policy (licensing requirements, because no one can entry this field without a special contract with IDA which makes a strong barrier between me and any other new entry to this market One of the other barriers is that we have is the capital requirements, the investment that we working on is requested 30 million as a min. capital May be this point is the only threat that we faced, the advertising process is not easy, there is no huge different between us & our competitors because both of us have area & min standard to develop it 2. Rivalry among existing firms. In my company there are a few no of competitors according to the restrictions puts by the IDA Height of exit barriers (specialization makes it difficult to quit) because we paid a lot of investments in the land and waiting to get it back, this plus not easy to sell the area in the middle of the project which makes exit barrier is height 3. Threat of substitute products or services. In my company we substitute the traditional way of investment buying any plot and I act with it as it is- to a new way which is invest in an industrial park which offers all the services may any industries needs. This reduces the cost of the investment & helps to make the successes easier 4. Bargaining Power of Buyers. We have the power by choosing the constructing company that we need, because we offers a long term with big contracts amounts, these gives us an important power due to the quantities that we needs huge amounts & contracts with millions

5. Bargaining Power of Suppliers.

We faced a problem threat in this point; our main supplier is the IDA which gives it a power upon us especially there is no other supplier in this field to going to him 6. Relative power of other stakeholders IDA may be strength to us if we have a common interest & common deals and works between each other and vice versa
