VASTU DYNAMICS FOR GLOBAL WELL BEING

Today global population is facing threat of pollution of air water and land due to technology, building dynamics, ecology, electromagnetism etc. Changing environment is responsible for destructive situations of war, violence, and increase in natural calamities. The main theme for the conference targets the Global well being.

The Exhibition
During International Conference "Vastu Panorama 2012" an Exhibition is being organized on 26th, 27th & 28th Oct. 2012. This exhibition will be the focal point for Vastu related instruments to measure various energies, equipments for improving environment & eco-friendly products related to the field of Vastu, building technology & interior decoration. The manufacturers, consultants & specialists of these fields stand to have an expert audience/visitors, besides a nation wide coverage in various media. We invite personals & organizations to participate in this mega event by putting stall in exhibition or by giving advertisement in the conference magazine & also sending company representatives as delegates in the conference. Exhibition Regulation Exhibitors will not be allowed to paint, screw or change the front elevation. Any damage to fitting, furniture etc will be charged as per policy of the organizers.

Scope of Exhibition
The exhibition has been professionally planned as a special event during International Conference "Vastu Panorama 2012", is likely to be attended by 400 delegates, from United State of America, Australia, Europe, England, South Africa, Middle East, South Asia including India and Far East countries. This is the occassion when exhibits/exhibitors will get International publicity among experts specially connected with construction industry. The exhibition will not only add to their knowledge but popularize the product to common public as well. Exhibition Schedule
Stalls will be made available by 7:00pm on 25th Oct. 2012 to enable the exhibitor to complete the setting by 10:0am on 26th Oct. 2012. No work will be permitted inside the pavilion after commencement of exhibition, scheduled at 10.00am on 26th Oct. 2012. The exhibition will be open to the delegates from 11.00am onwards & to public from 3.00pm onwards on all days of the conference i.e. on 26th, 27th & 28th Oct. 2012. The space provided will be cleared by 28th evening 8.00pm.

Sponsorship and advertisements for conference magazine are gratefully welcome. Monochtome full page, half page, quarter page advertisements & strips along the bottom of each page are planned. Colour full-page advertisements (with colour separations) along with inside front cover, back cover & inside of back cover will also be available.

On the lighter Side

After the busy schedule of the conference during daytime, the delegates will be eased out in the evenings when they will enjoy the cultural program consisting of dance/drama.
