Introduction
Internet marketing involves the usage of the Internet to market the sell of goods or services. Considering the internet usage in Asia, it is found that China tops among the Asian countries that followed by Japan and India ranks 3rd in position. India has seen a significant increase in online activity due to 2 major factors. The first is that the internet has become more readily available. Recent government-backed net entrepreneurs have provided internet access across most major cities, allowing a high increase in internet penetration for the large middle class sector. This led to almost 121 million internet users by the end of 2011. Products available online include books, electronics, apparels, furniture, cosmetics, accessories, gifts flowers and now a days even edible items. The emerging craze for online products is because of their convenience, variety, low prices, and access to consumer reviews, better deals, coupons. Apart from benefits there are also some queries and difficulties that the consumers face. Some of them are insecurity about payment gateways, difference in the quality of the product, shoes apparels and accessories shopped online may not be of the size. In spite of this there has been a growth of 18% for the using of internet as a shopping medium in India. Amazon, flipkart, bookmyshow.com, naaptol.com, myntra.com, snap deal, khojguru.com, are some of the most used websites for online shopping.

Consumer Behavior regarding Online Products This report will outline the most relevant behavioral characteristics of online consumers and examine the ways they find, compare and evaluate the online products.

Goals
After the completion of the project, we will be able to; Understand the consumer psyche with respect to buying online products. Factors affecting the purchasing patterns of online consumers. Recommend measures to positively influence buying behavior of consumers and increase online sales. Know to some extent, about the product category, for which the consumers are more sensitive. Analyse the preference of buyers for online products over traditional purchases.

Research Methodology
Research Purpose:
The purpose of this research is primarily to identify and get insight into what main factors the online consumers takes into consideration while purchasing online products. Further, analysis is based on finding the consumer segments that frequently purchase products online. The findings from this research will include the alternatives, suggestions or strategies which an online company can adopt to attract more and more online buyers.

Research Design:
Type of research: Exploratory research: this research is being used as the basic objective of the study is to explore and obtain clarity about the problem situation that is varying attitude of consumers regarding online products. Sources of data: Primary data: primary data of our research is collected through questionnaires and direct interviews. Our research is primarily to analyze the factors and how these factors affect the respondents. Secondary data: secondary data source would include already done research in the area of consumer behavior of online buyers. The source can be journals and online research papers. Research Tools: Analysis of the data, collected through questionnaires and direct interviews, would be done with the help of SPSS software.
