My thanks to Florida Highway State Trooper M.G. Rietmann, for stealing my car to contribute to your organizations funding and your retirement pension, To Assistant State Attorney Daniel A. Jones for so cleverly manipulating this procedure to use your network of corrupt judges and magistrates such as magistrate John ONeil in Miami, magistrate Barry Seltzer in Broward County, and district judge James I. Cohn all at the service of evil and crime. My thanks to all of them, for they have thought me a valuable lesson about what they peddle as the rule of Law in their kangaroo Courts. I thank all of them for they have totally showed me how the Police and the State Attorneys office and the magistrates and judges as those mentioned above operate with total disregard, disrespect, and contempt for the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Florida with total disregard, disrespect, and contempt for Supreme Court decisions, with total disregard, disrespect, and contempt for federal and state statutes, and the rules of court procedure with total disregard, disrespect, and contempt for congressional acts and records, and with total disregard, disrespect, and contempt for due process of law and the most basic and fundamental rights of the American people. I have made these records public so the people may see for themselves how these so called Judges operate against the peoples rights and in support of the States racketeering operations under color of law, their attitudes towards the Bill of Rights and due process of law. The unfortunate, but predictable end result being that It used to be that when a State Trooper went in front of jurors they would normally give the police officer the benefit of the doubt, the presumption of right. Today the State Attorneys office cannot allow cases involving police officers or the State to be placed in front of a jury, such as my case, for they know that their evil ways are so exposed, that the only way for them to perpetuate their criminal enterprises is to obstruct due process of law, in order to avoid at all cost the issue being placed in front of a jury of citizens, a fair trial, and a verdict. For you in the States Attorneys office, I have one name to rub in your faces that proves my point that is Casey Anthony. A Jury made of regular citizens preferred to let go a child murderer over believing the State Attorneys case to convict this murderer of a 3 year old baby The State is now running a collapsed and discredited legal system, with only themselves to blame for it.
