titled: 'A Guide for Mankind'
in Calabar recently,

authority.
He maintained that
people would be chosen
based on their level of
righteousness and assigned
offices, saying that nobody
would have a say on how he
ascends office because there
will be no elections again.
His words: "under the
new dispensation, offices
shall not be held through
elections which is subject to
human manipulations. The
. qualification to occupy the
various offices shall be by
merit and only the upright and
God fearing people shall
occupy all important offices in
the land. "
Commenting on why elec
tions are annulled and lead
ers forced out of office, the
Holy Father stated that it
was .because winners of
such elections were not al
ways cleared by God on
account of their unright
eousness and disobedience
to the injunctions of God.
The Holy Father therefore
decreed that all future
e I e c t ion s con d u c ted
not follow the guidelines
stipulated. by the Holy
shall be nullified and the
winners. denied thAir
mandate. .
He described thOsewt1o
ascend positions of authority
through fraudulent mealisas
thieves and warned that they
would be treated as such
when the Holy Spirit starts
appointing His elects into
such offices.
However, the Holy Father
advised Brotherhood of the
Cross and Star brethren to
take this message to all the
rulers of men to enable them
prepare to handover to the
elects of God, because,

over the reigns of power that

prosperity which had hitherto
been elusive on earth be

It would be recalled that
