Amidst all the Halloween events we have a lot of theatre shows you won't want to miss. Let's start this. Rhett pulls on a cord and the intro comes in.

Cue intro Cue Main MAIN 1 Hello Tallahassee and welcome to another exciting episode of TTB. MAIN 2 Just like last month we are in the busiest time of the year for theatre shows, but unfortunately not for auditions. MAIN 1 That's right. Although we do have a few auditions today we could always use more if they're out there. story. Tallahassee Little Theatre is doing Frankenstein! But not as you know it in the pop media. MAIN 2 That's right this is the original Frankenstein which is based closely on the classic novel by Mary Shelley and adapted for the stage by Victor Gialanella. MAIN 1 TLT has been fortunate to have Los Angeles theatre veteran Joel Daavid bring his talents to Tallahassee, directing and designing this production. He came all the way to Tallahassee specifically to direct Frankenstein. MAIN 2 Here's a random homeless man...I mean our very own reporter Brandon Collier on the scene. Brandon. Cue Report Cue Upcoming Intro, The report starts with risky business parody. There is a glass on a table. It's filled with a coke bottle. Then it's filled with a coke can. Upcoming 1 is sitting a table with frozen dinner in front of her; Coke can, Coke bottle, and Coke. With a Candle. Green Screen house. Upcoming 1 places fork in frozen food, then picks it up can tries to eat it. Camera Dollies up as Upcoming 1 flips random switches. UPCOMING 1 NA NA NA NA NA NA Camera switches to hallway scene. Upcoming 1 slides in. Upcoming 2 slides in on second beat.

shows coming out between now and our next cast in November. Cue FSU Graphic UPCOMING 1 Let's get started with FSU School of Theatre. Their next show is the Musical sensation "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying." UPCOMING 2 This show follows the adventures of an ambitious J. Pierrepont Finch as he climbs up the ladder of success while managing to get the girl, all with the help of a book. The show runs October 19-28, 2012 in the Fallon Theatre. UPCOMING 1 After that we have Summer and Smoke By Tennessee Williams, Directed by Michael Hayden. Set in the early years of the 20th century Alma Winemiller, a very proper and spinsterish minister's daughter, and John Buchanan, the bad-boy doctor next door, share an anatomy lesson about the body and soul. Don't miss it Nov 2-11 in the Lab Theatre. UPCOMING 2 Then we have The Monster Under the Bed by Kevin Dyer directed by George McConnell. Ben has a BIG problem. His Mum is acting grumpy, his best friend Vince has stolen his precious binoculars and his Dad has gone off for a tour of dutyoh, and there's a monster under the bed. But when Ben swaps places with the under-bed monster, Ben's life - and his school - is turned upside down. This powerful yet funny story explores the

reality of facing our fears and acknowledging the monsters inside all of us. UPCOMING 1 The Monster Under The Bed runs Nov 15-18 in The Fallon Theatre. They are performing The Curious Savage By John Patrick directed by M. Derek Nieves! The Curious Savage is a comedy with a heartwarming message about love, age, and the human s spirit. Purchase tickets at tallahasseelittletheatre.org Cue Quincy Music Theatre UPCOMING 1 Not to far away from Tallahassee Quincy Music Theatre is producing Babes in Toyland Directed by Naomi Rose-Mock! During the Christmas Eve blizzard, Lisa travels to Toyland in Wizard of Oz-like fashion and arrives just in time for a wedding. The show runs just before the Christmas season. Nov 30 - Dec 2 & 7-9 2012 Cue FSU STA UPCOMING 2 The FSU Student Theatre Association has a couple of shows coming out you won't want to miss. To start they are performing Trestle at Pope Lick Creek by Naomi Wallace, Directed by Blayze Teicher (Tye-sher) Dalton and Pace, make plans to test themselves by trying to outrun the train on a trestle a hundred feet above a dry creek bed. Another boy from their town tried it recently and died. The show runs Oct 26-28 at The Augusta Conradi Studio Theatre a.k.a. The Williams Building. UPCOMING 1 Then we have Chicago- The Musical! Then FSU STA is producing Draculaby Steven Dietz! Directed by Becky Abramowitz Nov 16-18 and A Night Like This Directed by Blayze Teicher Nov 30- Dec 2. Cue The Tomato Players UPCOMING 1 And last on our list but certainly not least are the Tomato players! The acting troupe that does performances for kids of all ages. Their next show is the Fisherman and His Wife. UPCOMING 2 Come hang out with The Tomato Players and help tell the story of the Fisherman and His Wife. This classic children's story is being performed at the Leon County Public Library on November 3rd at 11am for children of all ages. Bring the inner child with you and interact like the five year olds around you! It's less than an hour long and free! What could be c cooler?
