Description of Position: The assistant will work closely with the office manager and investment professionals to support them in their administrative needs as well as have a significant amount of responsibility to assist all staff where needed and frequent opportunities to actively participate with deal teams. Skills and Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce Strong analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy, organizing and prioritizing skills High energy and self-starter attitude, consistent with PCGs value of giving 110% effort Office Assistance: Client and Deal Team Assistance Administrative support for deal teams including Power Point editing, slide creation, bookbinding and printing Create and manage client checklist and materials: agreements, client investor lists in Salesforce, transaction schedules, process update templates Private equity group summaries for clients Liaison for client meeting arrangements Shared drive maintenance Updating/ maintenance of master investor list in Salesforce Administrative Answer phones Travel scheduling for staff Meeting scheduling when needed for partners /principals Fax / Fed Ex / Mail / Filing Maintain upkeep in the office; kitchen/ copy room/ conference room including ordering of office supplies IT/ Systems Help troubleshoot when issues arise Marketing/PR Update website with news articles/ deal announcements/ new hires Update social media with industry updates (facebook/twitter/) Please submit resumes to carly@pcg-advisors.com
