Objectives of the study Primary Objective: To study the fundamental analysis of Larsen and Toubro Ltd.

., undertaken at Sharekhan Ltd., Chennai. Secondary Objective: To analyze the economic condition of the company by using Gross Domestic Product, Inflation rate and Interest rate. To find out the Industry position through SWOT Analysis (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). To compare the financial statements of the company with the help of Comparative statement analysis. To evaluate the profitability, Liquidity and Turnover ratio of the company by using Ratio Analysis. To forecast the Sales for the future by using Forecasting Analysis.

FINDINGS
Some of the clients dont like prepaid brokerage scheme. The customers feels that charges for demat account is neutral. Most of the customers satisfied with brokerage charges of securities transaction. The online trading facilities are very good in sharekhan limited. Most of the clients like the trade tiger software. The obligation date which is offered in sharkhan its very useful to the clients. The charges for mobile alerts, which is not like by the customers. The dial and trade facility is good. The intraday trading facilities are satisfied by the customers. Clients need some more branches in Chennai. The sharekhan offers the very good website portal for their customers The mobile trading facility is not good. The company providing good customer service to their clients. Some of the client need some modification regarding customer service.

SUGGESTIONS
Most of the customers do not like the prepaid brokerage scheme. There should be no charges for sms tips and trading alerts or reduce the charges. The company try to increase the branches in Chennai because its makes the client to feel comfort, most of the client need some more branches. The company should also focus on mobile trading facility. Try to minimize the demat account opening charges.

CONCLUSION
This study clearly portrays the customer satisfaction towards online stock trading in share khan ltd. From this study, most of the customers dissatisfied with prepaid brokerage scheme, charges for sms tips and scarcity of branches in Chennai. Hence company take effort to eliminate, where customers get dissatisfaction. The researcher believe forth coming days SHARKHAN will improve and develop of its brand and product. And the researcher wished all success and bright future to the SHAREKHAN STOCK BROKING PRIVATE LIMITED.

FINDINGS Findings of Economic Analysis: The GDP Growth rate was high in the year 2011 as 8.2%. The Inflation was high in the year 2010 at 9.70% and in the next year it has decreased to 9.41%.

Findings of Company Analysis: Findings of Comparative Statement Analysis: During the year 2011 and 2012 Sundry Debtors have increased to 50.71%, and cash and bank balances have increased. This shows that company has shown a good sign of growth in the year when compared to the previous year. During the year 2011 and 2012 Sales have increased to 22.23%, net profit have increased to 22.17%. This shows that the company have a good sign of growth in the present year when compared to the previous year.

Findings of Ratio Analysis: The current ratio has shown a good increase in the year 2011 to Rs.15,523.74. The Acid Test Ratio has been shown a increase of in the year 2012 as Rs.30,697.53. Return on equity has decreasing from 2010 and the 2012 is 17.6%

Findings of Forecasting Analysis:

In the regression analysis the forecasted sales for the year 2013 is Rs. 126987.13and for the year 2014 is Rs. 147476.21.

SUGGESTIONS

Compared to the previous years the growth rate of the companies has come down in the last two years of global slowdown. Then also it has produced a good level of profit in those years of crisis, this suggest that company is maintaining a good flow. The analysis shows that the company has performed well during the global slowdown also. So that they can improve their production. The forecasting of sales for the company shows that they perform well earning high profit. This suggests that the company may not face any loss in the future.

CONCLUSION This project report has been developed for Larsen and Toubro Limited which will be helpful for them to find out the performance of the company. The company analysis has shown the good performance of the company. The forecasting analysis that is done will also be helpful for them to know the future growth of the companies. The statistical part of the study shows that there is no significant difference between that equity and fixed assets of the company. This shows the lack of uniformity in the efficiency of managing different asset components of the company.

INFERENCE: It is clear from the above table that the percentage of interest rate was constant during 2006-07. In the later years the percentage has been decreased when compared to the previous year interest rate 2006-07.
