Responsibilities: Examining the quality of carried out works and installation as per drawing/ standards. Assist in preparing Quality Procedures and Test Packages. Monitoring and managing site work progress according to the work schedule. Inspection of pipe line, spools as per isometric drawings. Coordination with material department / ware house, and witness material receiving inspection and prepare damage reports, if any. Verify and inspects the fittings, gaskets, valves and flanges, as per specification and bill of materials. Monitor and inspects nuts and stud bolts as per BOM (bill of materials) and correct size and type, and all the pipe and pipe supports installed according to the approved drawing and specification.
