CORDING TO BRITISH STANDA
PROCEDURES
AGREEMENT PROCEDURES
Seller provides Soft Offer to the buyer with detail on the provision of Proof of Funds. This is required
to show full intent to purchase.
1. The Buyer or Buyer's Mandate will issue LOI / ICPO with banking coordinate.
2. The Seller/Mandate will issue a Full Corporate Offer
3. The Buyer signs and seals the Full Corporate Offer on every page and returns to Seller.
4. The Seller issues a Draft Contract.
5. The Buyer signs and seals the Draft Contract (on each page) and returns to Seller, along with
authorization to conduct a Soft Probe. Buyer will also provide a bank to bank via Swift MT799 for
Proof of Funds. Bank Endorsement is also acceptable.
6. The Seller issues a Soft POP (Proof of Product) with allocation numbers and or copies of cement
certifications.
7. The buyer reviews the final contract and accepts by signing and sealing the final copy of contract
and returns to seller, along with full KYC (Know your customer requirements).
8. The seller will issue to the buyer via customers courier number (4) hard copies of their final
contract, if requested, signed and sealed by the seller.
9. The buyer shall duly sign and seal each page of the hard copies and return one (1) hard copy to
the seller via first class courier.
10. Buyer opens an LC (based on the negotiated terms).
11. Seller will provide Performance Bond (PB) 2%.
12. Shipment shall commence 30-45 days after the the LC is activated, as per terms and conditions of
this contract.

Important Notice to all
It is important to advise about the new situation to the potential buyer, because the direct sellers of commodities are now very few. From now on if an
ICPO or an LOI is
issued and the product is not real, the buyer will be able to inform the FBI, ICC and INTERPOL.
Also after an FCO there should be a formal answer from the buyer. If there is no response from the buyer on a timely manner the buying company will
be reported to the ICC
and if this action is repeated by other sellers it will be also reported to the INTERPOL for abuse of NCND, LOI and ICPO.
It's important to transmit this to all your clients that will work with providers that are members of ICC and other international organizations.
From now on the international codes will be enforced to exclude all intruders that send false information and for the people to know that sending an
ICPO or an LOI can be
cataloged as a crime. This will be enforced starting on November 15,2008 after a meeting that was held between the Federal Reserve, European Central
Bank, Interpol, FBI
and 1 member of the CIA.
The reason for these measurements is that the ICC and the industry, will not allow this market, which is a fundamental part of the world's economy, to
be treated less than
seriously by buyers and sellers, nor will they let it collapse.
