Message from the ATLIS President:

Welcome to the Atlantic International Studies Organiza-
tion (ATLIS).
As a student run organization at Mount Allison Univer-
sity, ATLIS helps students put scholarship into action,
bringing global issues and international dialogue to the
streets of Sackville.
Now in its tenth year, ATLIS organizes a major annual
conference in Sackville, offering students the opportu-
nity to discuss and innuence international issues. Lach
year, students from across Canada travel to the Mount
Allison campus to present their research, engage in
meaningful dialogue, and ultimately publish their works
in our annual peer-reviewed journal. In this way, we seek
new and innovative methods of engaging students in
global issues, while promoting scholarship and invalu-
able professional skills.
This year, we are excited to be further promoting our re-
gional presence, offering a global perspective accessible
to our local community.
I encourage you to browse our website and social media
pages to learn more about what ATLIS does and how
you can be involved. Whether youre interested in pre-
senting and publishing your research, or you just want
to stay up-to-date with our operations, please do not
hesitate to contact me directly.
Sincerely,
David A. Hill
