Work assignments will be prioritized as necessary by management staff to keep fleet operating as efficiently as possible during times of multiple breakdowns. Over time, a general feel for repair priorities will develop which will aid in reducing management involvement and to assist with coordinating mechanical services work priorities and workloads. In general hours will be 40 to 50 per week. Spring is very busy, more than 40 hour weeks can be expected. A fast paced repair program is necessary to keep things rolling smoothly.
