systems and some niches that still remained were done because we considered them important for the comprehension of the habitation inside and the construction system used back in
1600s when the house was built.
Baseline and Techniques Used For Exterior Measurements:
To pick a baseline for triangulation was one of the most challenging aspects of our survey because on the north side, there exists another building which is approximately 3 meters
away from our building and the base of the eastern wall cannot be seen due to an existing natural incline from the wall to the little street which allowed access to the next door
building. The street's length is not more than a meter therefore the northern baseline picked was the wall of the other building. The west side of the building is not accessible
because of the ruins of the wall and the high steep underneath. East wall is a shared wall of the neighboring house and the west wall is the entrance to different floors with
stairways and different levels of terraces and little steeps. The mere outer baseline that could be picked was the wall of the neighboring house and then our measures regarding
other walls counted on our inside measurements.

addition and our theories about an existing terrace made the comprehension of the flooring systems much more complex. Vertical measurements counted on the height of the colones
and both the horizontal and the vertical measurements were took using the ruler tape-the ruined space inside and the broken beams made it hard even to walk inside the building. For
horizontal measurements of the interior the first axes measured was starting from the south corner-just next to the door, until the end of the opposite north corner. We were lucky

Instruments:
The direct measure tools we used were ruler tape on the interior and the spirit level on the exterior that helped us to pick a point on the neighboring house's wall and make sure
the point on the existing fabric was in a perpendicular manner to the ground. Lastly, the compass was used to name the elevations as north, south, east and west.
The indirect measure tool used to calculate the distances from the chosen points on the baseline for triangulation was the laser distance meter. That way we could have the only

Margin of Error:
The margin of error is expected to be high, because of accessibility problems. The exterior space is inadequate and inaccessible and the interior is filled with ruined beams and rocks
from the walls destroyed. Simply neither the exterior nor the interior was appropriate for a proper, solid and accurate survey to be done. Our measurements includes a lot of
imagining.
