Selected achievements: Road Duplication Plan - 2012: Designed the duplication of a major rural road in order to provide freeway connection between two existing motorways. Analysed and solved the issues in connection with the elimination of the at-grade intersections along the corridor. Designed and drafted several service roads, two overpasses and a service interchange (spectacles interchange with two roundabouts). Managed to find the proper balance between safety, construction cost and acquisition cost. South Industrial District of Dunaujvaros - 2011: Delivered the preliminary design of the new channelised intersection to establish the connection between the previously designed new road network of the industrial district and the existing major road. Planned the layout of the intersection, designed and drafted the traffic islands, calculated traffic movements and size of the required auxiliary lanes. Created the sign and road marking plans. Successfully liaised with the concerned councils, authorities and sub-contractors. Managed the project from beginning to end, and delivered all the necessary drawings, plans and documents in time. New Road Network of South Industrial District of Dunaujvaros - 2010: Created the preliminary design of the new industrial areas road network. The project included three roads, a roundabout, some minor intersections and an at-grade railway crossing. Responsibilities included analysing the areas traffic volumes, design the roadways (geometry, pavement, drainage) creating drawings and liaising with the concerned clients and other engineers. Road Restoration Budapest - 2009: Designed the restoration of several major roads in Budapest. Duties included the design of the new vertical alignment with new asphalt layers to strengthen the existing pavement system and designing the properly functioning drainage. Fly-through animation - 2009: Created a fly-through animation in 3D Studio Max to present the proposed freeway and interchange design to the stakeholders and other guests of the presentation. Road Restoration buda - 2008: Managed to get building permits for twenty roads of Budapest. Liaised with the concerned public utility service providers and authorities. Cooperated with the sub-contractors. Created material take-offs and cost estimates. Monitored and managed the approval process from beginning to end. Guide Sign Calculator Tool - 2008: Created an Excel tool that was capable to determine the size of various types of guide signs and save time by avoiding the manual geometrical and mathematical calculations.
