The system covers with cable/pipe channels of various sizes are made from high-grade plastic. They are designed to channel different numbers of cables and pipes and can be readily exchanged. Unallocated cable/pipe channels can be plugged with blind seals.

Wall fittings
The HSI 90 sealed wall connection socket is supplied ready to fit (length = wall thickness; for wall thicknesses from 50 mm). It is located in the required position, flush with the concrete shuttering and concreted in. The frame is predrilled for fixing pins. The tongue and groove surround of the sealed wall connection socket is designed to allow simple interlinkage of sockets into groups. With the fitted cover, the system is gas and watertight up to pressures of at least 1 bar on the connection end (outside of building). Centre to centre 135 mm.

When compacting the concrete, care must be taken to ensure that the HSI 90 sealed wall connection socket is completely encased in concrete, with no voids. When using variable (heat-shrink and cold-shrink) seals with our system covers, please note that the seal must be made on the outside of the building.

The system is extremely versatile. The tongue and groove interlinkage system allows rows of adjacent units and vertically aligned blocks.

The HATEFLEX plastic spiral flexi-pipe

is a flexible cable duct with high mechanical strength and a number of major advantages: smooth inside surface, abrasion-proof, weather-resistant, rot-proof, Distortion-resistant, ground and salt-water-proof, kink-proof, flexible and resistant against a wide range of chemicals. The practically non-friction special Hyton internal coating makes it easier to pull cables through. The flexi-pipe is available in long lengths (including bespoke lengths). Temperature range -15 C to +50 C, vacuum-proof up to approx. 800 mbar.
