Essay of Self-description, Education and Future Career Planning Born in a small family of six and leads a simple life

has really taught me, Muhammad Fakhruddin Bin Mazlan how significant it is to be a knowledgeable person in order to survive in this competitive world. On 18th of October 1994 at Hospital Alor Star Kedah, I was born. My respected father, Mazlan Bin Safar works as Assistant Director of Domestic Trade and Consumer in Malaysia and my lovely mother, Asna Binti Razali works as a teacher. Being the eldest of four siblings, I have always been taught to be independent and to love my younger brothers and sister equally. Living in Bandar Laguna Merbok, Sungai Petani ,Kedah for about 9 years, I adore the simple life in my town. I received my formal primary education at SK Kelibang, Langkawi from 2001 until 2002 before moving to SK Tunku Ismail since 2003 until I sat for my UPSR in 2006. My UPSR result was excellent which was 4A and 1B. As for to the superb achievement, Then, I continue my studies at SMK Tunku Ismail from January 2007 until February 2007.Then, I was offered to continue my studies at SMK Ibrahim, Sungai Petani which is a Cluster School in Kedah. That was my great opportunity to be grabbed. I started my secondary school life in this prestigious institution from March 2007 until 2009. In 2009, I sat for my PMR and successfully maintained my perfect achievement by getting 8As. Alhamdulillah, once again I was offered to continue my study in MRSM Taiping from form 4 until form 5.In MRSM Taiping, my results in every semester are consistent and excellent. My trial examination result was also flamboyant and excellent. However, despite all the hardships I needed to face, I managed to shine as the schools promising gem in all aspects. In addition for the splendid academic performance, I did well in extra-curricular affairs. Throughout the semester in MRSM Taiping, I has passed the examination and fulfilled all the other requirements prescribed, I was awarded the First Class Certificate Of Graduation Upper Secondary MARA Junior Science College on 3rd November 2011 and also I got an excellent achievement for my Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) which is 4A+ 4A 1B. Next, I actively participated in extra-curricular activities also. I was an active member of the Pertubuhan Silat Gayung Malaysia, Chief of Publicity and Communications Exco of Election Commision of the college, President of Photography Club, Vice-President of Martial art of Silat Cekak Hanafi Club and actively participates in football tournaments. I also has been responsible to be a mentor for subjects physics, chemistry, biology and also additional mathematics in my college. Not just that, I am one of the representative of the college in hockey at district level. Next, I also actively participated in School Enrichment Model festival, N.I.E. Magazine Competition, Inter-Class Drama Competition and Club President and Secretary Camp. I am a very hardworking and intelligent student who did not hesitate to put in that bit of extra effort to stand out among my contemporaries. As the others know, I work independently in all activities that I participated. Next, my dreams and goals are not only my encouragement, but my values as well. I want to make a difference in this world and inspire people that they have the potential to do the same. I worked as hard as best graduated student. For your information, my interpersonal skills were excellent. I have always shown an extraordinary sense of perception of the subjects, and have made a difference to the classes with my insightful remarks during the group discussion sessions which are a part of the course curriculum. I want to help save lives one day, either mentally, physically, and emotionally. A doctor would be just fine with me. I wish and set a high hope that one day I will be able to enter the Taylors University, Selangor, Malaysia. This university is established as one of the best universities in this globe. The proof is that Taylors higher education division has taken on the mantle of developing the

nations youth into well-rounded, competitive and resilient human capital, contributing towards the development of Malaysias economic growth and prosperity. As a prestigious and world-renowned university, I choose Taylors University due to its outstanding reputation of producing graduates that are innovative and successful while the courses offered are in-line with my interests in medicine.

After graduating, I will apply for a job related to medic in various companies to gain useful experience before pursuing a Masters and PhD in Bachelor of Medicine and also Bachelor of Surgery. I am highly keen on developing my own research company in order to contribute to the development of medicinal science and technology in Malays. Upon completion, I will become an expert doctor in cardiology or maybe cardiothoracic and serve at the National Heart Institute (IJN). I promised myself to be loyal to my beloved home country and to serve my people no matter how difficult it will be. Hopefully that I would be chosen to continue my study in Taylors University, Selangor in order to achieve my goal which is to help my religion, race and nation. Not just that, I am here ready to be one of the Malay and Muslim doctor to be respected cardiology expert not only in my country but also worldwide.
