    A fresh hire would be rotated through various business segments of the company for at least a year. Considering that the company thrives on innovation, we expect our hires to be open to move to new technical domains and research areas.

    Fresher Compensation

    Technology Uncorked is Pay for Performance organization, and hence there is a significant variable pay component in the Compensation Package. A new hire is put on 4 months On the Job Training when he/she is eligible for a consolidated monthly stipend of Rs. 15,500/-. On successful completion of training, employee performance is linked with Quarterly Goal Reviews. Probation Period : 1 year
