Project Manager Mumbai Area, India

Job Description To be responsible for the overall production management, service delivery & support, direction, coordination, execution, control and completion of specific projects in production, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate production cycles Requirements analysis and communication Project scope change management Service Level Management Define goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Develop required materials including technical specifications, project and resource plans, project updates and presentation materials. Liaison with current and potential project partners and external partners Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations Risk assessment and reporting Develop short term and long-term project plans, priorities and objectives Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Recruit, train, develop and coach talent. Develop best practices and tools for production support and management Desired Skills & Experience 4-5 years of experience in managing development and production support Managing and ensuring adherence to project KPIs and SLAs Strong documentation skills Knowledge of SDLC, Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD) Knowledge of Version Control systems such as CVS/Subversion (SVN)/GIT (preferable) Good collaboration and communication skills Passionate about solving problems and product quality Strong sense of team work, ownership, and accountability Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Serial Bus (ESB) & Grid Computing would be an added advantage. Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solution PMP Certification, Six Sigma Certification (preferable)
