The Executive Board of the National Council officially thank you all for having participated actively during the Financial Management Training held in Best Western Antel Spa Hotel, Makati City last October 20-21, 2012. Last week, our party Chairman, Mr. Lito Monico C. Lorenzana gave us directive on the implementation of the Financial Guidelines which was followed by detailed instructions from the National Secretariat Staff, Cristita Marie L. Giangan, being necessary action for our partys sound and viable fiscal management. Thus, this serves as a reminder that the 4th Quarter Remittance to the CDP National Council is due on Monday, November 19, 2012 as set by the Executive Board. Consequently, it is highly encouraged that beginning today you shall start collection on membership dues from your members and integrate the new members in said data. The November 19, 2012 deadline shall be strictly implemented and it shall be final since the membership data along with the remitted 40% share to the National Council shall serve as basis in computing the number of delegates for the upcoming 4th National Council Meeting on December 13-14, 2012. In our desire to promote party discipline and professionalism, non-submission of the requirements on or before deadline shall mean temporary suspension of your region/districts representation to the national council of the CDP. Please submit your database and attach the scanned deposit slip/s.
